I recently had a disappointing experience at this massage place that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked to prepay for an hour-long session, which I found unusual but complied with. Shortly after payment, the staff requested I shorten my session to 30 minutes, citing a scheduling conflict, which raised my concerns about their booking management.

Despite my insistence on the full hour as paid, my massage was interrupted 15 minutes in by another employee, who informed me that they would be cutting my session short to accommodate another appointment. This abrupt change was made without my consent, effectively halving the service I was promised and paid for.

To add insult to injury, upon ending my shortened session, the staff had the audacity to request a tip. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund for the services not rendered, my concerns were dismissed.
