Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

This Wawa location is very poorly managed. We waited 20 minutes for regular coffee to be made, as all that was put out was barely luke warm. There was only 1 poor lady assigned to this area, and she was 15 deep in a line of people waiting for milkshakes. There were very few employees assigned to staff a store this busy. We asked to speak to a manager while we waited the 20 minutes for Coffee, but were informed he was "outside". By pure chance, we ran into the manager on-duty while checking out at the register. His name was Norman, and he barely listened to what we had to say, said thanks, turned his back to us and walked away. It was so unlike anything I've ever experienced at a Wawa. This was the first time I felt as if customer service, coffee quality, and wait time didn't matter. Wawa corporate really needs to take a close look at how this location is being managed, especially since it's right in the heart of Orlando's...

Unfortunately since this wawa was opened it has went down in service 110% I don't think I have actually in my life ever had been in the store that was just closed for general purposes no explanation nothing. You only have one employee in their mopping floors basically doing nothing but eating a bag of chips. It's really a shame that you can't find staff good employees or managers that can operate the store properly they always seem to be having issues. I've been coming here since they opened and this is the first time that I've seen it closed for no apparent reason. Now you can buy gas as long as you got a credit card at the gas pump but you can't go in the store and buy food or products of any sort. There's a lot of people showing up at the store at this hour which is 8:17 p.m. on April 5th. But just to be turned away at the door because the sign says they're closed. Wawa better step up...

This worker Sue is extremely inappropriate. She tried to stop me from checking out as I was in mid order and when I corrected her she turned to the customer behind me and said "you know how it is when people don't get their way they b!+©h".

I was so thrown off because I've never had an employee feel comfortable with cursing and talking down on someone to another customer that I immediately yelled at her. She proceeded to call the police because let's face it people like her love weaponizing the police after they were in the wrong.

I talked to the manager the next day whom I guess thought throwing me a free sandwich was going to fix it. It didn't. She still works there and should be fired. I know if it was me I would no longer have a job. I guess they make exceptions for people like her which is why she felt like she could do it in the...
