Pipe & Pouch Smoke Shop — Local services in Orlando

This is Darian, I’ve been coming here for the last year and this is the best shop downtown by far. Given that rent is close to 20k a month on average downtown, it’s amazing they are able to give these prices on product. Every other shop downtown charges almost double, also the other shops have very old used vapes and delta products. Everything is fresh from this store and the staff warms my heart every morning, when I pick up my goodies. Their edibles are amazing and wont have you trashed at the bar, like the medicinal ones would. Definitely recommend if you’re out downtown having a good time, you won’t regret stopping by here. There was a time I spent 1500 a month at various shops, I only come here now, because I know the product will be safe, and was ordered in the last month and not the last decade. I went to another shop spent $60 on a delta vape the next day it was broken, and the owner couldn’t help me. Unfortunately when you by disposable vapes there’s always a chance one may be broken. Cool place, got 4 kratoms of red strain, wanted to exchange (That was ok according to the cool Indian employee there). Came with my girlfriend the other day to exchange 2 for other types of strains, the blonde lady that worked there at Monday 5/20/19 at the afternoon was really rude saying that I couldn't do. After explaining that another employee said that was ok, that it was sealed she called the manager and he said that was fine to exchange, she replied with "are you sure?" to him.

She pick up the strains that I wanted but before giving it to me, she replied: "Ok, for you to learn, before you come here, you cannot be demanding like you did." Which I didn't because I used to enjoy shopping there. I Asked a bag, she got angry and said to me and my gf " You need a bag for something that you carried by yourself ?" I replied "Yes".

I recently had a disappointing experience at this smoke shop. Firstly, the sales associate charged my card twice for a single purchase, causing unnecessary inconvenience and displaying sheer ineptitude in resolving a basic transactional issue. I was told that their system “doesn’t allow refunds.” So, I was then told to call my bank and dispute the charge myself while he sat on his phone. In hindsight, I believe a store credit or something of the like would have worked fine to resolve this issue but it's amazing how they just chose to do absolutely nothing. Instead, to this day I am still disputing the charge with my bank, which has grown to be extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the vape I bought tasted stale, indicating a lack of quality control. Imagine paying twice for a new vape that tastes like it’s at least two years old and slightly burnt.
