I went today on my lunch break (Black Female), I have been there many times as both a dine in and take out customer, so the staff recognize my face as a patron. I received the worst service today from who I think is the manager (older lady, alway working the front as a host with short black hair). I asked her about the Special and if I can order it to go. She said no, I respect her response as she explained that the special is only for dine in customers. I asked if I can sit and eat for a little while then take it to go as I am by myself. I can't finish a whole meal there even if I was dining in with someone. She said, I can't order the special and proceeded to walk to the bar/takeout area and told one of the servers to watch out for me and make sure that I do not order the special then walks away. All this is happening in front of me. Not sure if she took me as an idiot but imagine how uncomfortable that made me feel when I order food for take out and stare that server in the face as I wait for my food. That server looked uncomfortable too. The manager came back and asked her if I order my food to go? She saw me looking in that direction and said nothing to me. I am not sure why that was called for but I do not feel comfortable enough to go back...
Read moreWhile working downtown, I frequently ate at the Cantina. After relocating to a position in Maitland, I had a friend stop by and pick up the salad I ate weekly. It was missing a key item and and we were over charged for unwanted (and unused) dressings. When I called the server I spoke with was very nice and apologetic; explaining the kitchen staff was new. When I called back whom ever I spoke with was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I was told To get any sort of refund I would have had to taken the food back in. When reiterating that she was asking that I go from Maitland to downtown at the end of the day to show her the food was wrong, she told me no, but that’s my fault for not being downtown. I will never again dine in or out at the Cantina. I have recommended it hundreds of people and will now be sure to express my extreme disappointment with their low level of...

Even though it was freezing outside, the warmth of Wall Street Cantina made it an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and friendly hospitality melted away the chill.
The tacos? Absolutely phenomenal. Each bite was bursting with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and served piping hot — exactly what we needed to combat the cold. Whether you’re into classic options or something a bit more adventurous, their taco lineup does not disappoint.
And a huge shoutout to Rey, the bartender, who was an absolute vibe! His energy, creativity with drinks, and genuine connection with guests made the evening even better. It felt like hanging out with an old friend while sipping on expertly crafted cocktails.
