Fountain Square Shopping Village — Local services in Ormond Beach

Hello Fountain Square, I just posted pictures spanning a year 2023-2024. I know the residents have spoken to Herve regarding the lighting last year. He was dismissive and said to grow trees, and he didn't care. Someone spoke to Joy, was it? She was approached 6 months ago regarding the garbage in their parking lot. She was not polite, I'm told. I was a frequent visitor at Fountain Square. I used to work across the street. I noticed the garbage, and I know quite a few of the residents. So yes, the owners were approached on several occasions. The picture of 2 bags of garbage is from 3 weeks ago (before the hurricane) in a very small area of the parking lot. That's what the patrons who go to Rockefellers bring to the community. That is absolutely all true. No one posting reviews is lying. Do better. If you want videos and pictures of people partying in your parking lot past 2am keeping your neighborhood up. We can do that, too. No one wants to get ugly. Please do better for your community and...

This was once a nice community...*Fountain Square is under new owners (Bikini Company owners) took over in the past 2-3 years. In 2023 the new owners rented space to a city officials son (Slate Gray) to open Rockefellers. A place that our community was excited about. Then Fountain Square became garbage. Literally and figuratively... They removed the dumpster enclosure and moved it to the entrance. Expose garbage not only to the patrons of the very tenants that they rent to but to the surrounding community. Which in turn brings people who just dump their garbage in their parking lot now. I used to enjoy regularly going to the new Kava place but I can't support the negligence of the new ownership or the Gray family who have no problem lowering the value of the community...
