The products are definitely catered towards the younger, sorority, fun, beach going type, and they have a lot of cute things, but my little sister who fits the demographic was basically accused of stealing because the staff member Kinsley wasn't watching her and thought she took two hangers/swimsuits in the fitting room but she only took one hanger/top to try on, and literally questioned her immediately about what was supposed to be on some other hanger on the wall where my sister put the top back...like um? She didn't grab two, just the one top. My sister felt totally disrespected and put back everything she was going to buy because of this. Kinsley also didn't greet us at all, help whatsoever, or make any attempt to welcome us. Cute shop but not...

I actually left this place and got in my car and cried. They are that bad. Not only did they not make one single attempt to be nice or offer any assistance but as I am looking at their clothes (shopping their large size)- the owner says to her worker that she’s no longer going to carry larger sizes. I was shocked she would say that as I am LITERALLY SHOPPING THOSE SIZES RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Typically I would speak to an owner about a negative experience before going to post a review but clearly that wasn’t going to get me anywhere. Hello. Pretty disappointing. The store obviously doesn’t need your money. I tried to buy one of the most pricey items in the store. They had a sweatshirt on display that I fell in love with. The worker in the store wouldn’t sell it to me. Absolutely insane!!!! Worked in retail.. you always sell the merchandise. Period! They had an extra sweatshirt in the back. She showed me and then told me she couldn’t sell it to me. Silliness. I would never recommend such a place. PERIOD!!! She lost my business. The owner lost out on many visits to this store. Must be a hobby not a business. Or shall I say inclusive. Bad business...
