LOVE THIS PLACE AND VICTORIA! I took in a framing job from another shop up North that was NOT FINISHED. They accepted it and put in the MUSEUM glass I really wanted (prior framer put in NO GLASS). I talked to her first over the phone and she remembered me. Then, after i brought it in, she told me, I can probably finish it up in 15-20 minutes, if no other customers come in. I am like HOLY COW. It took my prior frame 4 months to get this unfinished piece back to me. i went back in in 20 minutes; thankfully she had no customer she had to help. BUT YES IT WAS 20 MINUTES AND I GOT MY PIECE FINISHED. She's unbelievable!!!!! xoxo...

Wow! I took an inherited watercolor painting to be reframed for the first time in 56 years and it turned out beautifully. Kiona made the process simple and she had quite valuable input.
