This review is not bad, just honest. The People are super friendly and kind… I came here to eat breakfast with my family because I noticed they had a small simple menu. I walked in and found out there was no indoor seating (which is fine) but not kid friendly. There is a small seating area out back behind the building. As a new customer the order process for your food was confusing. One you place the Order, there’s not enough room to just stay inside by the register so you go outside to wait… They do not bring you your food or tell you when it’s ready, so I got up three different times to walk inside to check and see if my orders were ready… The outdoor seating is not convenient, you sit outside behind the building.
The food is not bad but it’s not anything spectacular… The baguette was stale, the avocado toast was one piece smaller than my iPhone 13 Pro Max and was over $10
If you’re looking for a nice place to grab a light bite with a friend outdoors, this is definitely your place.. my daughter wants to make sure everybody knows that they have croissants and that the croissants are very good
I wish them...
Read moreHad been wanting to try this place for a while. What a disappointment. For a place with the name Uncommon Grain, one might expect good, even great bread. We had a tuna salad sandwich on multigrain and a turkey club on focaccia. The only good thing I can say about any of it is that the tuna was tasty but the sandwich was slightly larger than a deck of cards for $10 and came with nothing. I was expecting a couple slices of nice fresh, soft multigrain bread and instead got what appeared to be white bread toasted to nearly a crouton texture that fell apart the minute I bit into it. (I had not asked for toasted either) The focaccia bread was absolutely tasteless and there were two thin slices of turkey for $12. We also purchased a couple cookies that were actually pretty good, but not good enough that I'd make a special trip there for them though and we won’t be returning for lunch. Friendly people, but overpriced for...
Read moreClean atmosphere with very polite staff. They’ve been open 2 months so there is definitely room for improvement. The presentation was 👍🏼👍🏼 and the wait was a little long, but it was obvious that things were being freshly made. So worth the wait.
Most seating is outside and there isn’t much room to sit or wait for your food inside. The outdoor space is outback and is quiet. Suitable for kiddos to be kids but also to have a date with your girlfriends or significant other.
I feel maybe my expectations for their bread was too high. My primary complaint is that this place is very bougie. Clean, beautiful, tastes great, but the portion sizes were not anywhere near the price value.
I paid $10 for a slice of avocado toast that was quite literally the size of the palm of my hand.
We got a croissant, baguette, avocado toast, smoothie and a tiny Brie Sammie. It...
