Souvenir City II — Local services in Ormond Beach

This place has terrible customer service. I bought 3 little bobble head turtles for my kids that were marked $0.79 which seemed reasonable for the product. I also bought some other things and didn’t notice the upcharge when I was paying. When I looked at my receipt I was charged $2.99 each. When I went back to check the price and ask the cashier why I was charged $2.99 instead of $0.79 he just ripped the tag off the basket of turtles and said, “no, that’s not right. They are $2.99”. Everything was rang up based on “memory” not scanned by barcode. Be careful and check your prices when paying because there are no refunds and apparently no refund or exchange when charged the...

Went in here while souvenir shopping and was completely ignored.

Other people have posted about the rude service they received here, but at least they received SOME kind of service.

Not a word, not an indication of acknowledging our presence, nothing.

Plus, compared to other nearby souvenir places, their prices are ridiculously high.

Don't waste your time nor your money here.
