Domino's Pizza — Local services in Oroville

We ordered our food. Was told it would be around 15 -20 minutes. We walked around the shops. When we came back our food was done sitting on the place where they place finished orders. There was a girl making orders. She was slamming food around and moving in slow motion. It was like she was trying to be as slow as she could. We patiently waited while she made five sandwiches and other items. We was shocked because she didn't even acknowledge that we were there. when she started on another order I politely asked can we get our food it's done. She rudely said I need to make these orders. It would have took in 5 seconds for her to walk over to hand us our food that was already made. When she did she grabbed the food and threw it on the counter. She continued to try to argue with me. I asked her name because I wanted to make sure everyone knew that AMBER needs to be properly trained on how she should treat customers. Maybe take a class or get some class. I gave two stars because the lady that took our order was very sweet and professional. Also the pizza was pretty good. Amber you need an attitude adjustment or find a job where you don't have to show any class...

Always had a decent experience ordering at this dominos and I was a frequent buyer but this great experience was over a year ago, I am fed up, now when I order, workers make the pizza so stingy with toppings to the point they miss half of the toppings I ordered and don’t put enough meat and just put a lot of veggies, they give me the wrong bread and barely any cheese all the time and dominos is super expensive, I always order extra of a topping and it’s like they read the extra as put less than the minimum amount, the quality is horrible I don’t want to pay a large pizza with only two pieces of chicken and 98 percent pineapple, my mom wanted a pizza and it took one hour it was a large 2 toppings and we didn’t get a refund or credit for it being late l, I have been ordering carry out for 2 years and all of this year they never started the 2 minute timer and they give me my pizza late every time I should of had a free pizza ages ago. Just buy from another place little ceasers is not stingy and is much faster and cheaper. At this rate I rather 100 times make my own pizza. Not only is dominos stingy but is ...

We placed an order for delivery yesterday on 11/18 at 2:00 thinking it wouldn't be too busy. Well, I guess we were wrong. Our food wasn't delivered for two hours at 4:00! I felt bad but I ended up calling them twice to find out when the food would be delivered. I was told that the driver was out also making other deliveries. I felt bad for that driver because I don't think it was totally his fault! Suprisingly the food was still hot and very delicious! Especially the pasta, pizza and the lava cakes was amazing! When I called to check on the status, their recording said their looking to hire. So, if you're looking for a job, please apply there, they do absolutely need more help!
