Michaels — Local services in Oshkosh

Just left the new Michaels feeling pretty disappointed. Went to get some paint for a project and saw a BOGO 50% off sign for Liquitex, so I got a bunch of paint, but when I got to the register, it wasn't ringing up. The cashier told me the sale doesn't start until tomorrow, and I told her there was a sign up by the gesso. She sent someone over to look for the sign, but they couldn't find it. I went over to show the worker the sign, but it was magically gone?? Real cute, Michaels. Great start to your new location.

EDIT: called the manager. waiting to see if they make it right.

EDIT: two days and no call back. guess they don't care! keeping my business with other art stores. I'll gladly wait a few days for shipping from Blick or...

I dislike self checkouts. No one was there to help. So I was having trouble with self checkout maiming with awards and would not take my phone number and could not get back to the main screen. 2 employees behind me did nothing to help. I said I can't figure this out and one said oh, have a nice day. So I bought nothing...

The store is amazing, well organized from front to back. There is a Huge selection of wonderfully priced holiday decor. The Staff and management are warm and welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you have a question they can't answer they know someone in the store who can address your questions...
