Got a used ps4 that was supposedly checked before it was put on a shelf. I waited a week to get it, and in that time the price went up $40 on the exact model I was looking at. No big deal, it was close to Christmas. Get it home and it won't even read a disc. I bought a game and had to try three different discs ti play a game. I look closely at all the vent holes and one whole side was completely clogged in every hole! Then I went to charge the controller, and the cable they gave me wouldn't even work unless you twisted it! On top of all that, the controller that came with the console, wouldn't even let you run because the joystick click was broken. Had a weird experience today. My husband and I were looking through the pokemon cards we found 3 that looked really cool. We added them to our stack and went to check out. The girl at the register was counting the cards and saw the 3 cool looking ones and said something like oh these aren't suppose to be there. The other girl working looked over and was like oh I was wondering where those went. The cashier took them and we were like hey we wanted to buy those and she was like well we think they might be fake. Idk if they were telling the truth but the whole interaction seemed off. We were really big fans of this shop until our last visit. There was a small post-it taped to the back of a register with a bunch of other hanging signs obscuring it. My partner was confused because both registers said closed and asked which one to go to. The employee pointed to the post-it note that said "the register is operational" and then made a really crappy comment about "some people don't read" to his co-worker right there in front of us.
