Worst experience ever. Don’t spend your money here, it is not worth the experience and terrible customer service. I accidentally broke a coffee mug because they were all stacked SO tight, when i grabbed the stack of mugs to look at the price tag, the bottom mug fell. Employee came over to sweep the broken pieces and said “it happens, don’t worry about it” When i go check out she tells me “I have to charge you for the item you broke” So unethical. Why wasn’t this mentioned before I proceeded to pick another item to paint?! I was stuck with a ridiculously expensive bill. Imagine taking your 15 yr old and they accidentally break a $40 item! I’d rather go to a craft store and buy the same item for a fraction...

I have said that it's my first time been here and i need the thing by Sunday because it's the birthday present for my friend. She just said they can make it but she didn't tell me it needs to be charged extra 15 dollars. The bill was 60 dollars after adding 28 dollars for an empty plate, 10 dollars for service fee, 15 dollars for rush order and tax. It comes out a 60 dollars in total just for a plate. A bit pricey for the actual ceramic pieces so just be aware! Great place to hang out with friends or go on a date. Not just for kids. The artists are very nice and helpful. You can get as much paint as you like and take your time. This piece took me about 1 hour and 40 mins because it’s recommended to do 3 coats of paint and you have to wait for the layers to dry.
