Bar Rincon — Restaurant in Oxnard

I came here Monday night February 4th. The service was too slow. Don't get me wrong our food server was friendly but it took too long to get anything. Our glasses were almost empty and not once did someone offer to refill our drinks. It wasn't really a busy night either. My friend got the wrong soup order and the server was nice enough to bring her the correct one and apologized. She got the tomatoe bisque and it was too spicy for her. She can't tolerate spice so she didn't even get to enjoy it. Also she wasn't warned that'll be spicy. A female manager with glasses came to us at the end and asked what could have been done for my friend to have enjoyed her soup. My friend told her I wish it wasn't spicy, you should warn people that it's spicy. The manager then asked anything else they can improve on? I mentioned how the service is too slow, but our server was nice, how no one had offered to fill up our cups. She then says oh do you need me to fill up your cup? I see its almost empty. I said "no thank you, I'm fine." She starts to laugh and rudely says "Obviously I am just joking" I then said "Its things like that, that makes people not want to come back." She starts laughing again and says "Okay" and continued to laugh and said "thank you for your feedback" I didn't come here to be mocked at when addressing my concerns. You are sitting in a old half streamliner trailer where the bar sits. Any good food you see and like they will cook it up for you. Each there are specials like fish fryday or hamburger day yummy yummy yummy. Great Service good beers mixed drinks and wines with very decent prices. I’m very upset with all the changes that whole foods has changed since Amazon purchased the company. They used to allow customers to purchase drinks and drink them at the bar, which brought lots of traffic to the area but unfortunately they do not allow that option no more.
