If I could give -5 stars I would. We just moved to Oxnard a month ago and my moms car needed an Oil Change so we took the car in.
Some background we have owned Nissan cars for the last 16 + years and have dealt with over 6 dealerships over the last 16 years but we have NEVER been treated with this much disrespect.
At the Oil Change visit (Wednesday) my mother was made aware she needed new tires and they recommend that we remove and replace the Axle Seal since it is was leaking fluid. The very next day the car was taken back to get all these repairs done since it said it was urgent. All these things were assumed to have been done on Thursday and off my mother went. Mind you the car was driving fine nothing was wrong since we always take the car in for oil changes and are very up to date on everything.
Friday the car was driven to LA and on the way there a wrench was noticed underneath the driver seat. RED FLAG. Out of the kindness of my mothers heart she returned the wrench to the Nissan Dealership. HOW WAS A WRENCH LEFT BEHIND? WHY WAS NO CHECK UP DONE AGAIN? DID THEY FORGET TO TIGHTEN SOMETHING?
The car was not driven until Saturday night when we were trying to go grab dinner at around 730 pm. The car would turn on and instantly turn off with the Engine Light ON. A towing TRUCK that we HAD to pay for had to take the car to the dealership on Sunday Morning to drop off the car. We had a major event on Sunday and honestly my mother fixed her car FOR THAT EVENT! The towing truck had the car at the dealership at 9 am on SUNDAY. Unfortunately the Service Center was not open since they are not open on Sunday. The car was left with the keys with the Sales Manager present. We were told to come back at 11am in hopes of having a rental car possibly being provided to us. We arrived again at 11am and NO RENTAL CAR was given or offered. They even mentioned that it wont be covered if we got one on our own and that they can not authorize anything as they are not the Service Center. We had to figure it out on our own and scramble last minute to figure out how to get to our event. You know whats interesting though since my mothers car is VERY HIGHLY REQUESTED at the Sales department the manager ONLY BROUGHT UP IF WE WANTED A TRADE IN. A TRADE IN? SO YOU GUYS DID THIS ON PURPOSE AND WANTED TO JUST GO SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR A PROFIT?
SO after paying almost $1,500 it was like they didn't care. On Monday they finally got to see what is wrong with the car. After waiting patiently for hours my mom got a call that the machine at there office is not working and it is not reading her car. At that point my mom was very MAD and wanted a rental car she was not able to work on Wednesday, Thursday and Monday. She demands a car rental and then they say all is well and it was just an air filter problem. Thats so INTERESTING how is it an air filter problem when it was not mentioned on the document as an urgent matter? So just one drive on the car and it stops? How does the Engine light go off and the car stops working over a filter. Then the service guy claims this service will be taken out of his own money making my mother feel bad. Again all this does not make sense I am not even sure what they did to the car but we WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF OUR 3 CARS TO THIS LOCATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT BLAMES YOU FOR SOMETHING THEY DID WRONG!

Read moreWanted to take a moment to rave about the great customer service I had received by purchasing a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock creek back in February. ( been busy with work) After searching throughout California on line I was able to locate the Pathfinder on the Team Nissan website. After putting in the request I was called 10 minutes later by a salesperson named Tina. She was amazing and took the time to listen to my needs rather than forcing me in to a deal. I was very to the point and told her my trade in value, the amount I wanted to finance and my monthly payment. I really didn't have much hope as my credit wasn't the best but Tina pushed the finance department to make a deal. The next morning I received a call and she said come get your Pathfinder. I was excited but couldn't get away from work, she offered to drive up to Santa Barbara, do a swap with my trade in and hand over the keys. I declined the offer and drove down the next day. As I arrived she met me in the lobby offering a cold drink and handed me off to the finance department, to my amazement I was in finance for 20 minutes. No pressure on extended warranties or accessories I didn't need. I was then turned over to Tina and she would not let me leave until I felt comfortable with all the bells and whistles. She was amazing. She is definitely an asset to Team Nissan. To continue a little more kudos, I traveled across the United States for my daughters birthday/ road trip from California to New York to Colorado and back through California. The vehicle performed amazing through the hot Arizona weather to the hail storm in Colorado. I actually had to do a second oil change in Ohio. Also great service at that Nissan dealership. When I returned back to California and driving around another month I was given a call by my service advisor Christina that it was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and Christina made sure I was happy with the service. Tina was also working that day and followed up with me about my satisfaction with Nissan. It felt good to have so many people make sure your satisfaction is number one. I highly recommend...
Read moreI am posting to say that I had a great experience with the purchase of my vehicle at Team Nissan. I had been searching for a new car for a couple of years and finally decided that I was going to take the leap and do it. I had done extensive research, looked at videos on cars I was interested in, and browsed so many websites that my eyes felt like they were going to fall out. Lol. I was standing in front of Carmax after being told by the man in the reception area that they had a two hour wait and I needed to make an appointment, before I realized that the vehicle I wanted was a Nissan and I thought to myself âwhy donât I just call Nissan and see if they have the car that I am looking for?â Needless to say they did, and before I knew it a nice gentleman by the name of Rick Holmes(no relation) was picking me up in the exact vehicle I desired and taking me to Team Nissan to discuss the car and the process of purchasing it that day. Now, I will admit my credit is shot and I was very skeptical 𤨠about the possibility of getting a car loan with terms that were reasonable for the price of the vehicle , however, Mr. Lonnie in the Special Financing department at Team Nissan worked his magic and voila! I ended up driving home in my new Nissan. I appreciate Mr. Rick Holmes for being an amazing sales agent, he was kind, honest, and genuine about helping me with my purchase and I sincerely appreciate the time he took to help me get into my new vehicle. Mr. Lonnie was a miracle worker in getting me the terms and payment that I could afford. I appreciate both of these gentlemen and I suggest that if you are in the market for a vehicle đ go and see Rick Holmes at Team Nissan, he will do his best for you. If you need special financing see Mr. Lonnie, having bad to fair credit doesnât mean you canât have the vehicle of your dreams. Thank you đđž Team Nissan you guys...
