Don't waste your time, imagine the amount of foot traffic coming through the store, people sitting on the already dirty, damaged furniture that they're trying to sell you at a discounted price that's not really that far off from full price. And of course once you own it it's yours no recourse you're on your own. Nothing really that special there and it's all seriously overpriced for what it is. Unless that is your into dirty, grubby damaged furniture that you're getting at an overpriced discount with no warranty. The staff including the managers are clueless and inexperienced, and are sadly lacking any customer service or courtesy.
I can't wait for the response the usual brush off, sorry you had this experience we do our best to,,,blah blah blah blah blah, but nothing really changes and nothing really happens it seems to be the standard brush off and/or response you get from companies these days.

He was very passive when we asked for help an then was incredibly rude when I asked him a question. Then as my husband took his mask off to catch a quick breathe by the door that was open he yelled at him. I've been in customer service for 15 years & while I understand the mandate there's no need to be rude or disrespectful of good paying customers.
