*Updated Review and Rating As Of November of 2020 and During The COVID-19 Global Pandemic *: After a lot of procrastination, I decided to go ahead and try their Impossible Burger, even though I felt it would be/would be Impossible for me to like it, and especially because I tasted a similar product many, many, years ago from another company and to me, that product tasted horrible. And to my further horror, that product is still being sold in supermarkets so somebody else out there likes it and that's cool with me.
Anyway, my visit here was very pleasant starting with the very nice lady who took my order.
And as far as my opinion on the BK Impossible Burger.... This Burger Is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G❗❗❗❗I now finally and totally understand what all the excitement has been about and as for me, I can now confidently go ahead with my plan to cut out certain meats out of my diet by eating things like Impossible Burgers.😊😷🤗🤗🙂🙃

Please Note: Because of the recent rise in New COVID-19 Cases in msny areas in the United States, The entire DMV area was preparing to implement new Restrictions and/or Revert Back To Previous Phase 2 Restrictions to include Restaurants going from 50% Capacity back to 25% as per Governor or Other Official Orders for the respective areas involved. As this situation is ever evolving, please be prepared for Hours and Days for Restaurants and Many Other businesses to be Required to change Hours/Days immediately in compliance with any related COVID-19 Orders, Mandates, etc. Many businesses are now posting their most current hours and days in Google Maps, and of course on their respective websites. My Previous Review from late 2018 is/was as follows: I have not been to a BK since I was a Teenager. I was never a fan of Char/Flame Broiled Burgers concept. But after I saw a Review online recently of their Sourdough Burgers, I knew I wanted to try it. I visited this location via their Drive-Thru. I was treated with kindness and my Order was fresh and hot. I got the Sourdough King Bacon Cheeseburger and it was Awesome! I even enjoyed the cheese on this burger and I normally get my fast food burgers without cheese. Best of all the burgers were juicy and the Char taste did not overwhelm me and the bread holds this burger together very well. Personal Order: After a long shift, I placed an order and went inside to pick it up. I stood there for 15 minutes—not once was I acknowledged or given an update. I had to ask multiple times where my food was, and eventually I gave up and requested a refund. Not only was the wait ridiculous, but the attitude from staff was indifferent at best. DoorDash Pickup: On another visit as a DoorDash driver, I arrived to pick up an order. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. I walked up to the window, just hoping for a quick handoff, and was rudely told to "get in the drive-thru line." I waited in that line from 10:30 to 11:03 PM—over 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window, they handed me a bag with no receipt, no verification, no professionalism. I delivered the order and guess what? Everything was wrong—food and even the drink. I apologized to the customer who was extremely frustrated, telling me this was already their second incorrect order of the night. I went back to the store to try and get things corrected and was met with more disrespect. The staff at the window were completely rude, and one even said “they don’t pay me enough to deal with this”—right in front of the manager, who said nothing. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. This location has lost me as a customer and a driver. The lack of care, rude behavior, and flat-out incompetence is unacceptable. Read moreSince I didn’t get a receipt with my meal I’ll have to come here. I went to BK around 1:15ish am. There was no line, I ordered a number 2 with onion rings. He asked the size, I said MD. He asked my drink preference I said sprite. $12.whatever cool. I pull up, of course I have to wait because I got onion rings, no biggie. I get my food, Working in fast food previously I know the timers use to be important so I have a habit of getting my food saying thank you and driving off. After I drive off, I reach for an onion ring and pull out fries realizing It’s the wrong order, It’s a delivery order for whoever, that’s fine mistakes happen. I go back he immediately acknowledged me and tells me pull forward. Here I wait again because now they have a minor line. I get my food and foolishly forgot to check again. Double whopper sloppily made, with cheese, no onion rings but fries again. I literally drove 9hrs from SC and just wanted to grab a bite before crashing. But this I can’t eat this. And I won’t starve from missing one meal. Only advice do better. But if you all don’t care why should I. Burger King failed in the south. A now older me can see why with poor service like that.
