Ledo Pizza Oxon Hill - Rivertowne — Restaurant in Maryland

I placed an online order which was scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. pick up. I arrived at the store at 11:10 a.m. and the door was locked. Another young man was also waiting and ended up going next door to Jersey Mike's. We were both confused because the signage on the door clearly stated that the hours are 11am - 10pm today. I got in the car and called the store, it rang and rang and rang, no answer. I called again, and this time I saw someone else who appeared to be an employee peeking in the window as well. Someone came from the kitchen and opened the door for her. So I got out of my car (phone still ringing) and knocked on the door several times. No one ever came to the door, but instead I watched the employee finally answer the phone. She informed me that they did not open until 12 and that my order would not be ready for an hour and a half. I asked her why no one called me the day before to tell me this, as I submitted my order at 2:09 pm and the store closes at 10pm. She said that no one received my order the day before. I asked if there was a reason they decided to open at noon instead of at 11am as listed, and she said it was because it was cold outside, not snowing or even an anticipation of snow, but just too cold. Seriously though, not even a sign on the door? I had 50 hungry people waiting for lunch that was scheduled for noon, and had to leave the restaurant and return at a much later time to pick up the order. Very...

Second time trying this location; as far as the ordering process itself, that was very simple and easy seeing as I did both online. Because I happened to place both orders online, I was thinking it would be easier as far as limiting mistakes since phone calls can lead to misunderstandings if both parties cannot be heard clearly... apparently that didn’t help. The first time I asked for basil on my pizza... it was instead covered in spinach. I don’t hate spinach nor have any dietary restrictions so I thought I would give them another shot. Nah, this time I got pizza and wings, and received no wings. Called to see if anything could be done in terms of a refund, but was instead told they cannot do refunds and would offer me “free” wings upon my next visit. I just visited Ledo Pizza and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The pizza was fast, delicious, and very reasonably priced. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza, and it was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the cheese was melted and creamy. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection and tasted rich and delicious. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me.
