Ashley Store — Local services in Paducah

Unfortunately, no purchases were made here, but I did have quite the experience. While waiting for my vehicle, I decided to walk over and look at furniture since I’m remodeling my house and will be in the market soon. I explained this to the man who approached us and told him we were just looking. He was polite at first and checked on us again later, and we had a short but positive conversation.

Then things got strange. As he walked back to the desk about 50 feet away, an older female coworker asked, “Are yours still here too?” in a very annoyed tone. He replied, “Yes, just looking though,” and then immediately started telling her where I live and work. They both began loudly speculating about my personal finances and criticizing everything they thought they knew about me — all while I was standing right there.

I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. The employees here were openly gossiping about me — where I live, where I work, how I could “afford” furniture — while I stood right in front of them. Completely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. I will never come back, and I hope...

Do not recommend this store at all. Spent over $2,000 on a bedroom set, Paid in FULL, and was promised that the set would take no longer than 3 weeks to be delivered. Well 3 weeks came around, no call, no furniture. So I called, to be told that the items, that again, we paid the full amount for, WERE OUT OF STOCK. So they accepted our payment, promised a product & delivery, and then never followed up.. I don't know if they thought that we would just magically forget that we spent 2 grand or what. Absolutely do not recommend stepping a foot in this store. I will be contacting Corporate as well...

Elisia Cruz was a very friendly courteous intensive furniture consultant.She gave off Good vibes. Is all about making her customer's Happy. Listening to what her customer's want. She tries to make sure it's budget friendly. When her customer's tell her they have a budget. All and all our visit at the store was a very pleasant experience with buying furniture.
