Location: 4/5: Busy area, some traffic, especially in the afternoon.
Ambiance: 2/5: Very dingy inside, even for a hamburger joint.
Value for $$: 3/5: Mozzarella cheese sticks, Chili-dog, chicken tenders, cheeseburger, and two drinks all for less than $25. Not too shabby!
Service: 4/5: We had one member of the service staff that should NOT have been interacting with customers, and we had one staff member who was jovial, pleasant, helpful, and responsive. We saw him talking and laughing with other customers. He really turned our whole experience around!
Hygiene: 5/5: The tables, chairs, and floor were old, greasy, and dirty. The plates, cups, and utensils were one use Styrofoam. The bathroom were old gas station-esque,
Cuisine: 2/5: Mozzarella cheese sticks weren't worth getting (I have had better at Arby's). Chili-dog wasn't worth getting (chili was tasteless, though the dog was pretty good). Chicken tenders weren't worth getting (not well seasoned, other than the old oil taste). Hamburger was okay, but it wasn't mind-blowing...especially for a place call Just Burgers.
Recommend: If you have not been to Just Burgers, give the place a try. Will w go back...not until we forget how our...
Read moreThis place is very deceiving! The original location is a old restaurant in a under developed part of town. I believe it was a Church's Chicken many moons ago. The employees that work there are mostly bearded men wearing band tees. At first you may second guess ordering but you'll definitely not regret it once ya do! The burgers are old fashioned on the reg but they continuously offer a new twist to the spice up the average burger. They have weekly specials that are delicious and one of a kind, and the price is something nice. You simply can't go wrong with any thing on their menu. Burgers, crinkle cut fries and milk shakes! I've not had a bad experience with this locally owned and operated burger joint. They also have a new location that I've visited by drive thru, it's good also but I'd have to say I prefer the original. This is the type of burger place you'd expect to find in a small hole...
Read moreI stopped here for a graveyard burger bcus I saw the "best burger every year" signs. It was a very delicious burger. But the problem is they put the condiments on the bottom bun here. Every good burger joint knows you must have the condiments placed on the top bun. I had to eat my burger upside down lol! By placing the condiments on the top bun, as the bite is compressed, the sauce and tomato amd burger juices is pressed upward toward the nostril complex. This ensures that the primary flavor components hit the palate where those key receptors are located and the back of the tongue simultaneously, maximizing that initial flavor impact and aromatic release before the rest of the burger takes over..The fries here are the best in the world. I recommend to use their ketchup packets too. Great flavor...
