Bought a couch, 2 chairs, 2 wool area rugs, stacking tables, side table, entertainment center and recliner almost one year ago. Four of those products had issues ( wrong fabric on couch with large stain, mismatched upholstery on matching rocking swivel chairs and crooked doors/ handles on entertainment center. We are now having issues with the recliner!The sales person and Andrea in customer service were great to work with trying to correct the issues. Once the manager/owner got involved, things went downhill. He called the morning after my posted review and insisted I change the poor review because I was wrong about the mismatched chairs. I was in tears when he came to our home only to prove me wrong about my original posting that the original mismatched chairs were replaced with the same set of mismatched chairs.He was asked to leave our home by my husband.We spent $1000’s of dollars after deciding to keep our business local and were treated very unprofessionally, and unfairly from him....

We get a lot of things from here. Ashley has smaller furniture for our home unlike other places in Paducah. All the other stores struggle with variety because many furniture pieces are made for these 3,000 square foot homes out in the suburbs. Higdon/Ashley always has something for our small home that's made better than value stores and for good prices. We love the bogo sales...no other furniture store has that. As well, Debra has helped us with most of our purchases and she is amazing. We are grateful for her help on our most recent purchase seen below. It goes great with the atmosphere in our home and other pieces we have purchased from them. None of our pieces have malfunctioned or broken after purchase. I was in the store Friday looking at beds found one I liked was told it was available I told the sales person I would call and I did on Saturday and was told he would get paper work and would call me back. After waiting for a few hours no call I called him only to be put on hold I hung up thinking he was busy. Within a few mins he called me to tell me they had had a meeting that morning and couldn’t sell me the bed I would have to order and it would take up to 8 weeks why didn’t he tell me that the first time I called ? He said they had the meeting that morning so he knew that when I called the first time. Well they just lost a costumer I won’t buy from people that lies to me.
