My review excludes day shift as I'm unfamiliar with any shift prior to 6pm or later. As long as I call ahead to check or hear that Kevin the manager is on duty when I get to that speaker, I know that my order will be perfectly prepared in a fast and correct way. If Kevin is not on duty I have no desire to visit this location. Apart from seeing him at the drive thru window, I don't know him from the next stranger, but after over 6 months of this happening- it's time to speak up. I'm not sure where the breakdown comes in, but other managers and crew do not have what it takes to create a flow that equals a correct order. When Kevin is there my order is always promptly made & perfect! We have special dietary restrictions; our orders do get complicated, however if Kevin is on duty whoever his crew is (Not sure if the same crews always work with the same managers or shifts etc...) with him the orders are perfect and fast. We never have issues, so if you pull up it's really tempting just ask if Kevin is the manager on duty, if so I suggest this place a 100% of the time, if not maybe you might wanna go on down the street to another restaurant. I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to file a formal complaint with this store location. Not sure who the store manager is, yet. If that doesn't help, regional management will be next. There is no excuse why one manager can properly run a crew and every other team seems to have difficulty substituting beans for beef, no cheese, no sour cream etc... it's not really that complicated to follow instructions as they are laid out on the screen & I can verify everything is correct on the screen and even something as simple as asking for no ice in a drink is overlooked when any other manager is running the crew when I go. So, if Kevin is the manager on duty, no fear you'll get exactly what you order, fast everytime. Otherwise, you're at your own risk. IF this review was based on only the other experiences, I could barely suggest a 1 star- IF I based it solely on the positive face that Kevin has when he greets you and the way his crew runs when he's there, I'd give 10☆'s if it was an option. I've used the surveys, but this situation requires further steps after the last order over 44.00 and I'd asked for a crunchwrap no cheese or sour cream. Checked the order and among a couple of other mistakes I mostly overlooked- I went back through after finding sour cream on the crunchwrap... (can't really see cheese the way it is layered) had it remade manager confirmed the correct way at the window, got home sour cream left off, but cheese was still hidden under the bottom layer. They'd forgotten the water ordered, the no cheese on a black bean taco had been added to it, but omitted on a regular beef taco, they had not gotten an additional taco as part of a combo, there were several other mistakes added ice to both drinks that no ice was requested for, etc... but conveniently I don't have THAT receipt although I do know exactly how much the order was. I'm just beyond frustrated because I KNOW THIS store has great potential for being excellent ALL the time, as evidenced when the "right" manager is there. Read moreThis is one of the worst taco bells I have ever seen. It doesn't matter where you order; they cannot get an order right more than 1/4 of the time over the past 3.5 months. Litterally have to check every single order in the parking lot. Tonight took over an HOUR to get food ordered through the taco Bell app (pulling into the drive through to leaving). They made the order the second we got there. 10 min wait $30 order. They sent us off without a box meal, 2 bean burritos, and a chalupa. We felt the order felt light. Sigh let's check the order. Inventory the order spilling stuff out through flimsy wrappers. 5 more minutes down. Of course every-single-thing is wrapped looking the same. Pull back up straight to the window since inside dinning is closed. Waited behind this customer for multiple minutes. Got the box meal derp. Had our order questioned by the window cashier. Had our order ruffled through, until I stood up for this lunacy. I don't want my food cold or riffled through by someone who touches cash and cards all day gross! Then the new manager riffles through the bag, argues with us, then finally got the food made. We got to sit in the car getting to hear them argue about how they actually did their job. I don't care who messes up, just fix it quickly. But when it becomes 75% of the visits: I've missed out on food here and there, eaten wrong or poorly made items, but when it takes an HOUR to pickup a pre-order, get skimped, argued with, disrespected, and go home with knots of anger, cold food, not enough sauce, and half my dinner dumped out of the shell...I'm done. I've given you plenty of chances for months. I'm breaking up with you taco Bell.

Read moreI went through drive through on the 13th at 10:02pm they were extremely lazy and rude!!!! We ordered 4 watermelon freezes and we were given the packets of seed candies to mix in ourselves because they "forgot". They gave us regular straws because they didn't have the big green straws that I seen in the lady's hand before she grabbed the regular ones to give us. The short chubby lady that was rude (no name tags visable) also got upset and started cursing at me with my young children (2yo and 5yo) in the truck while another employee held her back. My children are scared to go back now. All because we had ordered half pound cheesy potatoes burrito and she said they had never had them we must have been thinking taco John's and I stated we had ordered the half pound cheesy potatoe burrito for the last three years from taco Bell. My better half adores taco Bell but we will never return to this one!!!!!!!!! I can't believe my children seen someone act so unprofessional. The name on my receipt says Melissa b.
