Citi Trends — Local services in Palatka

Went today, picked up a few shirts for my kids. Been going to different Citi trends in different cities and states for almost 15 years. Since the day they opened in fort Lauderdale. Well got here Yolonda told me they had some good deals on clearance. Went there, saw about 6 black shirts that were .01. so I grabbed all of them. Citi trends clothing are cheap but once washed you may as well throw them away. So I was looking for cheap shirts that I wouldn't go crazy if my boys ruin them. Well got to the front and the shirts rung up at 1.00. I asked for the manager which she came back with this ride attitude, like it's a dollar. I put .01 cent be sure that's what they are, but if I'm going to sell them they have to be 1.00. otherwise they go in the trash. Ok first off how if something has the value of .01 you put what you want. Then you leave the price on there instead of putting 1.00 on the tag. Therefore it would be no problems. Went in to shop for some underwear a new wallet and 4th of July outfits the second I walked in the lady behind the counter was giving me a disgusted look I’m 9 1/2 months pregnant and had 3 kids with me 2 of which are my siblings and I won’t lie it was close to naptime so they were a bit rowdy but the lady was sticking up her nose then proceeded to hand the other employee working a headset and told her to follow us because she followed us all the way through the store I had a diaper bag which was due to having 2 children under 2 i was extremely offended and disgusted with the woman’s demeanor towards my family I might have been dressed down but I make 22$ an hour so I don’t need to steal I ended up not fully finishing my shopping cause I was disgusted with the way...

2 stars because I have gotten great deals. I stopped coming here because of the staff. I am in retail management and the first thing I would do if I was manager is fire everyone. I have never encountered such rudeness. I called corporate once because there were 2 women behind the register speaking Spanish to eachother. I know Spanish so I could understand them. They were talking about a party that one of them was throwing and couldn't wait to be off. They were talking about their customers and making fun of people in the store.
