After years of embarrassment and depression I’ve decided to write a honest review of my experience with the Estetica institute. I wanted a Brazilian butt lift. I consulted with Dr. Delange but noticed that I didn’t see many pictures of before/after for that specific procedure and I can’t recall seeing pictures of African American patients as well. I am African American and I brought that to the dr.’s attention and he assured me that he was well capable of preforming the my procedure and I would be happy with the results. I fully trusted his word. My procedure was completed and immediately after I didn’t notice a big change. The dr keep assuring me that the results would gradually get better over time. Well it never did! In fact I was at an hair appointment and what I’m assuming is the fat transfer started to leak out and completely covered the stylist chair. Talk about embarrassing! I advised the Dr about it and it seemed as though his tolerance for me had changed due to him already being paid. His reply to me was to loose some more weight and come back in a couple months. He made me feel very uncomfortable talking to him because of his tone. I understand that some may have had a great experience with Dr. Delange but that’s their own personal experience....not mine. I’m giving my honest experience for any one who is seeking to have a BBL. I feel this is not one of his area of expertise. I’ve been very depressed about it for years and embarrassed to speak on it until now....after getting a consultation to have another BBL correctly and being advised that Dr. Delange didn’t give me a full BBL only at the top of my buttocks. Let me begin by saying that I don’t do google reviews but found the need to do this one for this extremely deserving practice. My self-esteem has been practically non-existent for a very long time. Never liked what I saw in the mirror when it came to my body. Always looking for reassurance from loved ones, family and friends. Should I have looked to others throughout my life to determine my self worth, absolutely not, but it’s a difficult thing to change when your self esteem is attacked at a very young age. Too skinny, too flat, too short (at least for me) those of you who have been through it understand, then add on dramatic changes like having children (I love my children dearly but you moms know they can do a number on your body) and whatever little confidence you have is gone. Surgery was never my first option but so many years and lots of experimentation and loads of money later and it has been the very best decision and that’s all thanks to Dr. Delange and his amazing staff at Estética Institute. Dr. Delange’s friendly disposition and honesty and his amazing staffs kindness and always smiling/ happy personas made my decision for my surgery very easy. Every question I had was always answered with a smile and I was never made to feel like I was being bothersome. But the results speaks for themselves and it speaks volumes to how truly amazing Dr. Delange is at what he does and how much he loves what he does. Over time I have had several procedures from the neck up with Dr. DeLange. My results have been nothing short of amazing. I always look perfectly natural. It's so satisfying looking into a mirror seeing a more youthful self with no traces of any manipulation. Dr. DeLange is a naturally gifted surgeon both aesthetically and technically. He is always upbeat, he listens intently to all of your concerns and answers all of your questions. You can tell he loves his work. What's more is I have never ever been rushed in an appointment. With his experience, expertise and talent I would never consider seeing anyone else. Dr. DeLange's team is extraordinary. The nurses are the best. They are savvy, kind and compassionate. There is no doubt about how much they care about your well being. The reception is always cheery and respectful. Their welcoming hello and bright smiles are so appreciated. Devon, the patient coordinator, has a marvelous personality and she strives to accommodate as busy as she is. She makes you feel very comfortable and answers questions thoroughly. His entire team is top notch. I am grateful for Dr. DeLange's talent, dedication and care and certainly the great results! I am thankful to his entire team for a great experience.
