Music Box & Clock Shoppe — Local services in Palm Springs

I definitely recommend stopping in the store! I can't say enough good things about this store, the items they sell, it's owners, and the customer representatives. They sell a variety of Murano Glass, Swarovski Crystal, Musical Clocks, and many other items. I stopped in because a clock in the window caught my eye, Gordon was so helpful showing me the clocks. I couldnt look long but I asked about shipping and said I would be back the next day. When I went back Gordon had filled in the customer representative, Colton about what I was looking for. Colton was fabulous to work with!! So patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel like part of the community. If your looking to buy or just browsing the beautiful items this store makes you feel welcome without pressure to purchase. They do a fantastic job describing and educating you about their various products. This is one of my favorite stores in Palm Springs. Thank you for all the time you spent with me and for my beautiful clock, I can't wait for it to arrive. If I'm ever back in Palm Springs I will be stopping in again, and I will definitely be having a few more items...

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon this shop while out strolling the area. I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Colton who was so welcoming and sweet. He entertained all of my questions and offered great suggestions. I walked in because they had some very unique pieces that I just needed to see them in person. What initially caught my eye were the Mickey Mouse figurines and the Swarovski figures. All of which were special. It’s a beautiful shop with some great pieces. Delayed review. My mom and I visited this lovely shop in July and weren’t disappointed. We played and lost an awesome game show type game with the man working in the store. He was beyond nice and we had a blast while shopping. I’m horrible with names so I’m unsure what it was. Little did he know that he made our trip downtown that day and it was much needed. The items in the shop are beautiful and one of a kind. My mom bought something she had been eyeing every trip she’s made to Palm Springs and I walked away with a little treasure my self with the help of the man with the striking blue eyes.
