My experience in the store was great . They were very helpful. I purchased a new phone, a tablet, and a smart watch . I had to wait a couple of weeks for the tablet to come in since it was on backorder. The watch was already in stock, but they kept it until the tablet came in and said I would have to pick them up at the same time . My friend purchased the same package, but they let him take take the watch with him . They tried to charge it at the store, and it would not charge so they decided to try the charging cord that came with the watch I would be picking up at a later date with my tablet 🤔it work fine so they switched the cord. I asked if they would replace or fix the problem with the charger before I picked it up, and they said yes. So from May 12th to June 6th, the cord was not replaced, so I went ahead and picked it up, and they said again they would take care of it and get the cord replaced. I have tried to call them, and tech support has tried to call them only to be hung up on . I only live in palm springs part time and they were aware of that . I live 500 miles away, so popping into the store to resolve this issue is not an option. I have tried calling them and emailing, and I have called tech support only to be in an endless loop...
Read moreTalk about customer service, can you say "Yoav?" Typically, buying a phone shouldn't be that complicated. However, my situation had become a bit of a complication but no need to bore you with the details. I called GoWireless and spoke with Yoav who listened to my story. Yoav scheduled me for a 3:30 appointment and was clear about his time frames. I was on time and so was Yoav - 3:30 on the dot! As he reviewed my situation, Yoav was able to sense my frustration and took action. Yoav was able to clearly explain next steps and began working on resolving the issue. As I waited, I was impressed at the way Yoav was able to help other customers - some had appointments others did not. Nonetheless, Yoav was able to take care of several customers in an organized, professional, knowledgeable manner! Yoav was cognizant of where all his customers were in their process of resolving their phone issues. Yoav would go from one customer to the next without losing a beat. Yoav remained pleasant, helpful and professional. Due to how Yoav worked the room, all of his customers remained calm and appeared to be satisfied with his service. I vote that Yoav get a raise! Read moreA month ago my husband and I went to get a him a new phone during the process of adding the new phone to the account we were told that if we added a third line it would make my bill cheaper I thought was a good idea I accepted but had no device to add nor purchased one in store other than my husbands iPhone n then was convince to get internet as well since it would be cheaper than the company I had, Verizon internet $35monthly seem like a deal to me so I payed the one time payment for the Internet modem in store$101.83. Then when my bill came around to pay and was set for auto pay I was charged $485 come to find out the gentlemen who helped us added a Samsung device to the third line which we did not purchase and was charge $138 and he added a fourth line that was a personal line that was $50.22 and was charged again $101.83 for the internet which I was told I would be charge $35 for the monthly internet I’ve been trying to take care of this for a few weeks with customer service and finally today i got it situated got those two lines disconnected, I will not be returning to this...
