I started doing business with Rocky's Pawn Shop when I fell on hard times and Dan was so caring and understanding about what I was going through. He has gone the extra mile for me several times now and I just went and got all my stuff back and again nothing damaged or even dusty, They took good care of my property like it was their own, and Dan just like always helped me with a smile and said, "Come back anytime you need us." and it felt like family when he said it, Thanks Dan

Well, here I go again, I had to go see my friends at my friendly neighborhood Pawn Brokerage to See Dan again as we all know it's almost Christmas and times are not only tight but tough as well, I'm happy to know that I can count on my friends at Rocky's to help me and not overcharge me on the service charge, like other places have in the past and I would feel a miss if I didn't tell anybody and everybody in town if you need help and you have some quality merchandise that you don't want to sell but you really need a few bucks to get you by till payday, or maybe you haven't bought that special someone in your life something special this holiday season and Rocky's has an amazing line of Jewelry and all other types of merchandise and tools at a reasonable price. We were on vacation recently and were walking to downtown Palm Springs from our hotel. We walked into the store and noticed the quality of customer. Homeless people or druggies. We then noticed the bulletproof glass and had the honor of having the two men behind the glass lear at our 11 year old daughter. It was something out of a nightmare really. I then heard one of the customers being yelled at by the elderly woman behind a counter. At that moment we left. Outside more of the 'customers' were multiplying. We decided not to spend any money in Palm Springs. When we contacted a Policeman on our walk back, he informed us that there was nothing he could do, but if the two men looked at his daughter he could legally shoot them. We noticed he was sweating in his all-black nazi style uniform. Maybe it was the heat. Just a bad experience and representation of Palm Springs which we had heard was suppossed to be fun. From the drugged out homeless customers to the child pervs behind the bullet proof glass to the nazi cop, it was just awful. We told everybody at work and our other social networks about this nightmare of a business and nightmare of a city or town or whatever it is. Stay away from this evil place. Spend your money with...

I had car repairs done to my car on a drive back to Mi for a funeral. On my way back I brought some family treasures. One of these being my mom and dad's good silverware she would bring out on holidays and special occasions. The trip left me basically broke. So when I was told that the wheel bearing I just had replaced in OK on my drive back from Mi needed to be replaced again. To come up w money for the repair my mom's silver and I took a trip to Rocky's pawnshop. I nervous about taking it to any pawnshop. However the staff at Ro off was real nice, took the time to explain the process. The best part was when I was told I didnt have to leave all of it there and that just 5 forks and couple spoons was all I need to pawn to get the $300 I need to fix my car..
