I used to love the tie dye queen! I have been a customer for over 5 orders since 2020 and never had any issues. Even had a hole in the armpit of a shirt I received once and had a prompt reship. Customer service used to be spot on. My purchase from January 2024 of the Alien UFO shirt was of muted vibrancy in the color quality. I know this because I had purchased my partner the same one a year prior and it was phenomenal. The dye didn't take well and after reaching out she promised she would make it right and send a new shirt. I've been contacting her for 4 months. Customer service had finally reached back to me in March saying they would get it out in a week and to reach back out if I hadn't heard anything. 2 months later and several emails sent to them has left me with no choice, but to give them this rating. Wish they could make it right, but looks like they make enough money on everyone else than to care about fulfilling their intention of a reship of an original customer. The second one was okay but it came with a hole in the crotch but no biggie it can be fixed. However the third thing I bought the cuts were so far over, my vagina was hanging out and the color was WAY darker than pictured. OH & DONāT try to return/exchange. I reached out asking for a refund and they offered an exchange and told me to send my items back and, that once they had that tracking they would send my exchange out. Well THEY GHOSTED ME. So now Iām out $70, a romper, and additional $12 to send it back. Super disappointed as this was for an event I had, and I even made that clear in the emails. I now have to scramble to find something with less than a week out from my event. I don't think Iād recommend to anyone. There is better out there for the price...

My order said partially shipped for like 2 weeks, then was refunded with no explanation at all. When I went to reorder it, they were sold out. I tried to order something similar to replace it and now the same thing is happening. It says partially shipped. Iāve been waiting since the 23rd and there is no change to the shipping status. I checked online and now they are sold out of this item too!! I really hope itās not going to be a repeat of last time. I bought the first order with a discount and wanted to use it when I bought the item to replace it. But since I couldnāt get a hold of anyone at customer service, I had to pay full price.
