I decided it was time for a new mattress after 8 years on a cheap one I got from a random store. I have been experiencing alot of back and neck pain this year and knew it was time to invest in something better. I went to Ashley's and they were so pushy didn't show me anything else but the most expensive mattress and base they had. Decided to check out bobs furniture which I quickly realized their quality wasn't what I was looking for and their prices were very high for the quality. So after day one I was overwhelmed and discouraged. The next day decided to stop by mattress firm I was greeted right away by Bryant who I quickly told this is what I'm looking for and I am not willing to spend 8grand on a bed. He assured me we will stay in my price range and started with a sleep test which I thought was brilliant! He was very friendly and made us laugh through the whole process. Although the first one we tried we loved he allowed me to look at all of the mattresses to make sure the first one was the winner. He took his time and explained the pros and cons to each one. He made me feel so comfortable and so confident in my choice of the first one we tried which was the sealy posturepedic with adjustable base. I’ve bought many mattresses over the years, but my recent purchase was absolutely wonderful. It feels strange talking about a mattress purchase in this way, but Bryant was incredible. He is by far the most knowledgeable salesman that I have ever discussed ANY product with to date. He is a subject matter (mattress) experts for sure. We discussed types of mattresses for customers with sciatica, back pain, warm and cold sleepers, side vs back sleepers and so much more. He provided me with a historical lesson of the construction of mattresses from coil, inner-coil, toppers , foam and hybrid models. As I tried to stump Bryant to find something he wasn’t well versed in, he further educated me on mattress length and sizes from full size beds to California King to Canadian Kings. Obviously you would expect a salesman to have a vast understanding of their product, but Bryant knowledge far surpassed any of my expectations. The sales associate? A sleep guru in khakis. This here Dennis Perez read my body like a bedtime story and matched me with a mattress so soft, I’m convinced angels hand-stitched it. I laid down and immediately started rethinking every life decision that led me to suffer on my old lumpy disaster.
