I went to the mall to get my ring 💍 fixed. It is a beautiful gold heart ring with a diamond in the middle. It has a lot of sentimental value since my father who has passed, gave it to me.

The jewelry store at the mall wanted $182 🙄 😬 way too much. I went to Daniels next, the lady told me to go to Kimberly’s . Best advice ever !!!!! the nice guy at the Counter was very welcoming. (Don’t let the security guard with the gun scare you) 😂

The jeweler man has a tool bench and seems very knowledgeable about jewelry, he even advised me to fix the prongs on my wedding ring. The place is right by Vallarta fast and convenient!

My wife accidentally smashed her wedding and engagement set and lost the stone after 14 years. (see pics) OMG, tears and heartache. I found Kimberly's by looking at reviews so i am a new customer. Frankly, i was a little skeptical because of all the 5☆ reviews, but i went to check them out. I was above 4th in line so i watched how the customers were treated. Wow, wow, wow! Milton had to completely rebuild the set. He replaced the stone. He even resized the rings to fit perfectly. My wife was extremely happy to get her rings back, i am extremely happy with the price and the great customer service. I will be buying new jewelry there as well as taking items for repair. Thanks Milton to you and your entire family...

Such a helpful staff 😫 Went on a mission to have my dads favorite watch fixed. I had gone somewhere else in Lancaster but their pricing felt like a scam and when I would question the pricing their attitudes had changed and it felt like fixing his watch would be a chore for them. Came here as a last resort and through a friend’s suggestion and not only was their pricing fair, they made us feel like they were more than happy to fix it. ANDDD the jewelry is beautiful and with everything they have to offer you’re for sure going to find what you’re looking for and a little extra. So left with a perfectly good WORKING watch for an amazing price AND some cute jewelry pieces for myself 😁😁 15/10...
