If I can give this store a one star I would worse customer service manager was very rude. I had stopped going to this store because of one employee decided to go back to do an exchange and did not end good I even mentioned to the manager Kevin of my experience there with another employee and that employee told manager Kevin that I was being rude and instead of him defending his customer he stated he had witnesses when clearly so did I. I guess this store they don’t take care of there customers I will defensively not recommend this store to no one because like I said customer service was horrible. Was looking for a special hello kitty water bottle for my daughter birthday and they went out of their way to help. They had not received the shipment they were expecting yet and were kind enough to take down my info and call me and hold one for me once they received it. Made my daughter's and my day. The prices can be a little high. But this place is awesome. They have anime, Funko pops, Stich, Harry Potter, Snoopy, lots of themes that you love. You will definitely find a gem in here.
