Mejuri — Local services in Palo Alto

Firstly, the associates are so nice and this review has nothing to do with them !!

I've bought pieces from Mejuri before, for both myself and as gifts for friends, and today I went in to buy the Easy Huggie Hoops as a graduation gift for myself. I was shocked when I went back to my car, opened the box, and saw that one of the hoops had scuffs on it. I looked closer and discovered that 1) the hoops had clearly been used and/or were not new, and 2) the two hoops were completely different. I was quite taken aback as I thought of Mejuri as a higher quality brand, but this was just weird and disappointing, especially for $160 hoops. I went back and the associates were super helpful with getting me a new pair, even bringing out the original plastic bags that they came in so I could see them open it. One of the associates saw them and instantly noticed how bad the one hoop was, so it also made me question how the other associate didn't notice when originally packing them for me, but whatever.
