My family had an awful experience at this place. I had a machine take my money and at first thought oh well, happens with vending machines all the time. I took my grandson inside where yet another machine took my money. I then told the person at the counter that this machine and another outside took my money. She then proceeded to argue with me essentially calling me a liar. She said no it did not because it was unplugged. I sad no it took in my dollar bill and it was on. I then told the one inside just took my money. Another customer said that it took his as well. She then went off with a very rude tone and aggressive behaver saying that it was not plugged in. No signs on either by the way. The reply from her should have been I am sorry let me fix it or refund you, end of story. She never offered any solution or refund. Instead she became very rude and aggressive. She then essentially pushed us out and then followed outside where she continued to be aggressive and really seemed to be completely unhinged. When I said I would call security or the police she stated to go ahead they wouldnât believe me because she was the owner. We asked her to stop and just go back in her business but she continued to rant. I have a video to prove it. She then followed us down the side walk still ranting. This was witnessed by the way by two Pier Park Security officers. If I was the problem she should have never followed us outside or down the sidewalk. This all took place in front of my young grandchildren. Totally unacceptable, very unresponsible and erratic behavior. What kind of person that operates a business for kids acts this way in front of kids? I have given my contact information to security and will be contacting Pier Park management about this. She has had similar reviews stating almost the same situation in the past. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY...
Read moreWe had a blast. I booked the event space for my husbandâs 35th birthday. đ Weâre kids at heart, but I didnât want it to be too juvenile. It was perfect. For $150, ten of us booked the party room in the back. The party room is nothing much to speak of, but it was room enough to put down our things and hang out afterward. Even better, for that $150 the ten of us were able to do three of the rooms: The Vault, the Mirror Maze, and Laser Tag. We took turns doing the Vault, one at a time. Once you trip the first laser, you must make it halfway across the room to a yellow button, and then to the red button at the end of the room. Every laser you trip adds 30 seconds to your time! Those of us outside the room could watch the person in the âvaultâ on a television and hear them through the curtain - we had fun trying to beat each otherâs times. The Mirror Maze was next and EXCELLENTLY laid out. They keep the mirrors very clean and even ask you to wear gloves as you go in, so you donât leave smudges on the mirrors. We went in as a group and I thought that would make it easier, but it definitely didnât! The mirrors are angled and even after a few times through, it was still disorienting. Lots of fun. Last was laser tag. No weird vest to wear - just you and the gun. The gun keeps count of how many times youâve been hit. We split into teams and had just enough time to really enjoy the room; everyone came out a little out of breath and smiling. We were able to bring a cake in to celebrate and the employee who oversaw the day, Darius, was really friendly and helpful. Other people came in while our large group was in other rooms and he made sure he was attentive to everyone. This place is well-run, friendly, and thereâs lots to do. Definitely got our moneyâs worth. Recommended...

The staff was super friendly and Tara, the party hostess, was amazing! She kept the kids busy and made every activity a blast! They did every activity except Bazooka ball because it can be a bit much for young ones.
As a note, one of our party kids has sensory issues and we were worried he might find some of the activities too stimulating. We were so wrong! He had a blast and really got into everything! Tara made sure he was comfortable at all times and made sure to check with him that he was good to go before starting anything. We have never seen that level of supervision for special needs kids at any party we've attended.
The party room was decorated nicely with tablecloths and balloons. We had to provide food, drinks, cake etc.
The Vault was fun and the kids had fun trying to be each other's times. The mirror maze is incredible and just challenging enough without being impossible. Laser tag resulted a bunch a tired and sweaty kids. The surprise hit was axe throwing (foam axes!). They just couldn't get enough!
Overall, we can't recommend this place enough! We'll definitely be going back especially with the...
