I was checking out when the cashier asked me my age to see if I was old enough to apply for the credit card which seemed fine. I told her 18, but no thank you. She then asked two more times if I wanted the card which was understandable as I know that’s a part of their job. She then asked if I wanted to donate to some organization. I said no thank you and she said “$3?” I said no. She said “$2?” I said no thank you again. Then she asked “$1?” And I again said no thank you. Then the cashier next to her says something along the lines of “you don’t care about cancer? Damn.” I was taken aback as that’s not what I said at all, I simply just chose not to donate. Went in with my daughter on 2/5/2025. We got to the front and the cashier who had blue hair was the one who helped us. She was very sweet, she talked to me and my daughter and made us feel very welcome. However when I asked her a question about the hours the store is open she said she couldn’t remember and apologized.
