Aritzia — Local services in Paradise

I like this clothing store. I love the professional, neutral options for business professionals, and love that I can toss the clothes in my bag if I need to fly somewhere for meetings and know that they will come out of the bag still looking fresh, unwrinkled and professional. I was a little worried about shopping in store after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was positive. There WERE mirrors in the fitting room (not sure if that was a new thing, but most of the reviews complained that there were no mirrors) and there were also mirrors in the fitting room seating area outside the actual changing rooms. So there are many opportunities to see how the clothes fit without having to guess. I went to the store specifically to try on a few items based on size and fit descriptions online, and was happy to see that what was reported by patrons online held true in the store. I was in today, sat down while my niece shopped around. She ended up buying 2 LS tops. I’m a former manager who’s been In retail for 15+ years and was observing the staff and was very impressed with I saw. I saw each employee working their butts off, smiling, and based on their interaction with one another you could tell they had a good team. I love the whole sales process from star to finish and how they help customers shop for items like having your own personal shopper (which you don’t see often anymore). They have a great formula to be a successful store (wouldn’t be surprised if they are) and this experience reminded me of stores I’ve been apart in. We spent $1300+ at this store today and one of the dresses the staff forgot to remove the security tag. So I called tonight and asked about it and my options were “you can bring it back or mail it’ and “there is no compensation for the inconvenience.”I do not live in Vegas.
