Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery Las Vegas — Attraction in Paradise

I am absolutely appalled with how Park West has treated us. It is disgusting and unprofessional.

When we initially agreed to purchase our artwork we were clearly told that the artwork was an investment and that we would be “responsible for history.” Even though the paperwork’s says it is not how it should have been sold. When we called to get additional information, shipment updates and statuses… we have been treated rudely and disgustingly.

Because of this disservice we decided to cancel the transaction and AMANDA claimed there was no way it can be canceled. She scoffed through our entire call and refused to be of any assistance. My card had not been charged and even though we were assured that we would be able to cancel before shipment.

The WORST customer service. I have also read that their previous artworks have been overpriced and overcharged and they have had multiple lawsuits for fake work.

I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau how they do not honor their agreements although it’s in black in white. I will also be putting in a complaint to the Company and to all the cruise lines they’re partnered with, since they are not selling their work ethically.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase their artworks. You are better off buying directly from the artists or through a better art auction house that won’t harass...

RUN I ORDERED A UNIQUE ORGINAL I WORKED VERY CLOSELY WITH THE ARTIST ON IT. IT WAS SENT TO MIAMI TO BE FRAMED. PARK WEST SENT IT TO ANOTHER CLIENT. THEY GAVING ME A VERY HARD TIME. IT WAS A UNIQUE ORGINAL. I SPOKE TO MY ART CONSULTANT CHAZ HE TURNS IT OVER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ART DIRECTOR BRANDON TELLS ME I MUST HAVE BAD LUCK. NO ITS NOT BAD LUCK ITS INCOMPETENCE FROM PARK WEST. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE RUDE NASTY. TELLING ME 3 MONTHS FOR A REFUND . YOU KNOW AFTER THREE MONTHS IT TURNS INTO STORE CREDIT. YOU NEED TO RUN AWAY FROM PARK WEST. NOT PROFESSIONAL HONEST AND INCOMPETENCE STAFF. NOT ONCE HAS ANYBODY IN PARKWEST APPOLIGIZED TO ME OR EVEN TOOK RESPOSIBILTY THAT THEY SCREWED UP. Came here for a special event! First of all, amazing art gallery! Artists include Salvador Dali, Rembrandt, Godard, Peter Max, and many more! It was wonderful to look at all of the art while listening to a nice jazz band and having a little bites and a cocktail! What an amazing evening I will definitely be back! I used to work on cruise ships and they would have Park West on the Cruises so it’s nice to see that they have a HUGE gallery locally here in Vegas with artists that I recognized from when I was on ships! What a great Deja Vue! Is really awesome that they keep expanding into bigger venues as well because the Gallery Director, Brandon who was so nice to speak with me for awhile, told me they keep moving into bigger spots because they are doing well so that was great to hear!!!Brandon Zeadow was awesome!
