Reserved a table for wifey and I on Tuesday night for a 8:30 dinner . It wasn’t packed but people kept treading in. The front entrance makes the restaurant look small but once you walk inside to the main areas the restaurant is a pretty decent size. They have a few places patrons can sit at - the bar , sushi bar area w tables , party room area, the main room, and looks like another party area in the way back. We were sat at the party area near the bar and loved it. Wished we sat closer to the window area but there was a huge party behind us .

Lisa was our server and really patient , knowledgeable , and on point - changing our plates every course and refills every moment she had. She really made us feel welcomed and even gave us back history of the restaurant and that she is one of the newer servers as most of the veterans have been there 17 years!

When looking at the menu - I thought it was overpriced as I am a part time sushi maker and been in restaurant business cooking for over 10 years . But man ! The service here is impeccable and the food was out of the world.

We ordered few appetizers, the seared salmon with some type of ponzu sauce / veggies; tako (octopus) dish , and chicken skewers . While all three apps were delicious , the salmon was the best . The fusion of the green veggies , avocado , and Ponzi sauce just bursted with flavors of umami. The manager / co owner came to us a few times and even hand fed my wife the salmon app to show how it is eaten . Again , the service was good.

Our main dish we got the extra sushi deluxe and the fish selection was fresh and well cut w no tendons. I will say Lisa suggested to get the option of the spicy crab roll instead of the spicy tuna roll and man …. This crab roll makes me wanna come back and just order that. Mixed with half real and half artificial crab baked in spicy Mayo ? , it was unbelievably good . The toro roll that came w it was so good that the tuna just melts in your mouth.

Last thing we ordered was sashimi dish of kanpachi (amberjack - family of yellowtail) and it was so flavorful and a great chewy texture .

The price is pretty high so expect this place to be a date night / anniversary place as portions are small but good quality. I don’t suggest bringing kids here as the menu prolly won’t accommodate their needs .. will def come...

Went on a Monday around 5 p.m. to enjoy happy hour (30% off select rolls, among other deals). We had reserved online ahead of time, though it turned out not to be necessary. In the reservation notes, we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful. Having worked in a Forbes 5-star restaurant myself, I could immediately tell that the level of service here was far above average for the area.

Shanon and her team truly went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with care — from a warm welcome, to attentive yet unobtrusive water refills (never interrupting our conversation), to engaging, informed small talk about the menu.

To top it off, Shanon surprised us with a small but meaningful cheesecake dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. It’s clear the staff here genuinely cares about the guest experience and takes pride in their work.

The food was excellent — all of the rolls we tried were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. With the happy hour discount, it felt like a great value for the quality.

It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Huge thanks to Shanon and the entire team for making it such a...

If you're serious about food and sushi it's a must go. Come here every trip to Vegas. Hadn't been back in a few years and everything was mind blowing good. Im dreaming about going back already.

First the drink was a Japanese sounding whisky sour with foam pineapple and coconut. Gave it a delicious sweet slightly creamy texture. Unique and tasty.

This sounds crazy but the organic house salad was maybe the best salad I've ever had. I tried to get some info from the waitress about the delicious dressing but came up empty. If I could make a dressing that good at home I would eat salads way more. I ate literally everything on the plate.

The crispy rice with tuna is the best I can ever find. Some places back home try it but it's never quite as consistently great as it is here.

Did the toro, yellowtail, and amberjack Nigiri all melt in your mouth delicious.

Toro and jalapeño classic roll was great . For desert i had something I never heard of before-cookie granola, ice cream, fruit, with a freshly poured shot of expresso over. Again tasty and unique.

Loved every bite. I wish I could have kept eating. Didn't even scratch the signature rolls, skewers, or the pork ramen.

Sleek decor and a small view of the strip. Please support this buisness they are top tier. Walked in no wait for a late...

DAY 1: WHAT I ATE IN LAS VEGAS 🔖 Bookmark this post for later! 📍@bouchon_bistro - For brunch, we stopped by Bouchon. This restaurant is opened by a three-michelin star chef and highly recommended by the legendary Anthony Bourdain! The pastries are incredible and a must-try. 📍@drink.cloutea - Then, my boyfriend and I swung by ClouTEA, home of the world’s first robot boba barista. The robot did overfill the drinks a bit, but the staff were super helpful, cleaning up the spill right away. The peach jasmine green tea was especially refreshing, perfect for the hot summer day. 📍@sushirokulv - In the late afternoon, we visited Sushi Roku for their happy hour. The Hamachi Serrano was super fresh and our favourite part of the meal. 📍@herbsandrye - At midnight, we visited the legendary Herbs and Rye for our second happy hour of the day. They offer 50% off steaks during happy hour, which is SUCH A GOOD DEAL! In addition to the great value, the steaks were incredibly delicious and the vibes were immaculate. If there’s one restaurant you’re going to visit when in Vegas, this is it. #vegasfoodie #lasvegas #foodstagram #vegaseats #visitvegas
