Givenchy Wynn — Local services in Paradise

BEST EXPERIENCE AT A DESIGNER STORE EVER!! I had been in contact with Jenn 2 weeks prior to my arrival in Vegas because I’ve been eyeing the Shark Lock Boots, I text her & to stay in touch to make sure they had my size. Well upon my arrival in Vegas off the plane at 520pm I head straight to this store because I didn’t want it to close before I could get my boots I was determined to get them that day!!! So I get here & I meet the lovely Jenn, we get my size (well the size I wear in most designer shoes) of 36.5 well lorddddd I got my foot inside the boot but it wouldn’t go up my calf. I told Jenn from YouTube I thought they had a zipper & she informed me they didn’t do if you see anyone that has a zipper they FAKE SIS!! Jenn informed me some ppl go up a few sizes just to fit them. Listen I was DESPERATE so I wanted to go up & I went to 38.5 well what a bust they look big on but I just kept praying to god I could get these boots!! So she suggested I try yo smaller version of the boot on & listen I was so not feeling them but they looked reallllllyyyyyy cute on! I tried the bigger size of the tall ones one more time & this time I put both boots on now listen I had to have Jenn & the store manager help me take them off lmaoooo!! I was in there sweating & laughing. Listen I love this store & this location, they are even putting my initials on a lock I’m too excited because I can wear these boots anytime of the year. So yes I got the smaller version & im happy about my choice but if they make the taller ones with a zipper or something for ppl who have a slightly bigger calf I told Jenn to call me. If I could leave this store a million reviews I would this was the best store & shopping...

Tried to place a phone order for a cell phone case. Was quoted earlier that day for 350.00 when I call in to place the order the price had jumped to 390.00 when confronted about this they said they were looking at the wrong case. That would normally be an acceptable response accept they don't have any cases for 390.00 he was lying. When it was corrected they let me know that it would be 15.00 for shipping ups ground. This is a total rip off as I don't live that far from Vegas. The actual cost of shipping is closer to 3.80 for UPS ground for a 10 ounce item. Stay away from this gip joint. Givenchy is one of my favorite designer brands, but I could not have felt less welcome at the Wynn location. While the store had a great variety of products, the service pushed me to leave empty-handed. I came in knowing what products I wanted to try by name, but the blonde lady working there was extremely dismissive. She told me that one of the items I wanted was last season and therefore was obviously sold out. After that, she completely ignored me for the rest of my shopping experience. I was interested in purchasing many of the products, and I’m not sure if I was profiled because of my age. I won’t be returning back to this location, and I will make most of my Givenchy...
