I visited this spa on Mother's day May 11th and then again on Tuesday, May 20th. I like this spa. It's smaller with not so many amenities but I still like it. It's cozy. The staff are overall nice too. Andrew and another very nice young man were working the front desk on my 2nd visit on the 20th. I can't remember the other guys name but he was very cute and nice. We visit the spa once or twice during our stay and this was the first time to see these 2 young men. They were much more pleasant and helpful than the women that are there. Sophia was very nice and helpful as well. On tge 20th I decide to get 2 massages on the same day. I got the Aromatherapy first and then enjoyed the spa, sauna, coffee and then had a deep tissue massage by Kenzy. For such a petite woman, WOW quite possibly the best massage. She got every spot on my back and neck that had been hurting me for months!! Zon did my Aromatherapy massage and it was nice and relaxing. I was happy to see that on my 2nd visit on the 20th there were NO NUTS!! I have a peanut (anaphylaxis) and tree nut allergy. So, I was only going to do the 9 am appointment that day fearing someone eating nuts and dropping them in the blanket or chair since peanuts are an airborne allergen, it doesn't take much. So, upon arriving and seeing the nuts were gone I actually spent and enjoyable much needed 5 hours that day at the spa. It was AMAZING. It would be nice if fresh fruit, charcuterie meats, cheese, crackers were offered even at an additional price. I'd definitely pay for elevated snack foods. I know I have all day access and can leave and come back but I'd rather just not have to leave. The "concession" with coffee and fruit juices is nice to have available though. We also had visited the spa at Caesar's Palace. I think the Voie spa has a much better atmosphere the waiting area is much nicer, quieter and cozy than Caesars. We will definitely return...
Read moreMy family and I went to Vegas to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday! We decided to book hair and makeup! I called to make the reservation and when I received the confirmation it was for a blow up instead of up-down do!
Well when I get to the appointment I said I needed tight curls because my hair is thin and wanted the curls to go from tight to relaxed. I had to say things because I really wasn’t being asked.
Well the hair stylist didn’t change the curling iron said she got me and it would look great. Well I was shocked she used the big curling iron but hey she knows better right- Wrong- she curled my hair and it looked for about a half hour. My hair basically had not much curl and if it was for my aunt using a curling wand my hair would have looked like crap by dinner.
Mind you I have had none professionals curl my hair and it holds up for two or three days after being done!!!
Now for makeup- I was asked what I was wearing and I showed a bright pink shirt thinking my make up would match a little- Nope I also asked for cat eyes and didn’t get them!
My daughter also got her hair and makeup and her hair was uncurling within a half hour as well!
I paid for eye lashes as well which irritated my eyes all night and one side was falling off;-(
I do not recommend getting hair and makeup here because it’s not worth the price!! I could have done better but it was a special occasion and we wanted to treat ourselves!
I paid over 400.00 in services that didn’t last long! Oh and they make you pay a tip no matter what!
I’m posting a pic and you can see the straight pieces that should be tight curled( also I changed my outfit) but if makeup was done right it would have looked amazing with the...
Read moreAvoid these scammers! I normally don’t write reviews, but this place deserves one, After spending a fabulous week at Paris hotel for my 40th birthday and after going to the qua bath at Caesar palace we decided that will be great to have another relaxing time before taking our flight back home, so we booked 2 days prior a spa day pass at Voie since it is at the hotel we are staying it was convenient for us, the day before we pass by to the spa front desk and reconfirmed our reservation and ask to ask my BF name because I couldn’t do it online, the lady said everything looked good, so this morning we woke up early to enjoy our spa pass and instead of getting out relax, I got out super stressed and pissed, after we paid they took each of us to the spa facility, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to show at the female facility, and then the lady I believe her name is Martha showed up telling me that she just received a call from her manager to Inform that the Female facility was not working for the day, and she just like that asked me with not even an apology you want me to call your BF and void the transaction or what ? I have worked in hospitality before and I know that every time. Shift starts they inform on a meeting what’s going on, what’s new etc, then my BF realized that what they did was not telling us upfront so they at least could charge for my boyfriend services, terrible customer service and terrible support from the hotel staff. Avoid this place take your money somewhere else worthy, like...
