This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line...
   Read moreWould not recommend. I donât write reviews very often but truly the service and system at this branch was abysmal. I have never had such a bad retail experience at JD or anywhere in my life. It took me over thirty minutes to even get to truly on ONE shoe. And YES, I could only try one shoe at a time. One of the employees was yelling at people to get out of the pathway, there was a television screen to tell you when the shoe request was made and when it was coming out but my shoe disappeared off the screen with no record either. Even when the shoes came out from the back, they sat behind the cashier and unless asked, people were stuck waiting and piling up. People were fighting over shoes when they came out(?) and I saw fellow customers either complaining that they had been waiting over half an hour, walked out because they had lost their patience, or refunded an item they had intended to exchange because the service was so slow. At the end of the day, I spent over an hour at this store and only bought the shoe because it was cheaper and only available at this store, so much that I got the display pair but was refused any cheaper discount. The staff were unhelpful and some were very rude.
Shoutout to your employee Pink for helping me get my shoes at the end, but if I had known I was going to have spent that long and drained so much of my mental energy, being in such a bad mood now would not have been worth this trip. And yes, there was a line...

I cannot express enough gratitude for Yami at Finish Line! After ordering a pair of shoes online on January 28th, I only received one shoe. I reached out to Customer Service five times and got nowhereâjust the same frustrating answer to return the lone shoe for a refund.
Determined to get what I originally ordered, I finally managed to track down the store that fulfilled my order. Thatâs when I spoke with Yami, the store manager, and everything changed! She was patient, understanding, and truly proactive in resolving my issue. Instead of giving me the runaround, she took the time to search for my missing shoe, provided clear communication, and assured me there would be a tracking update that same day.
True to her word, my shoe was shipped, and I received it just two days later! After two months of frustration, Yami was the only person who actually helped me. I canât thank her enough for her outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. Finish Line is lucky to have someone like her!
