Thank you Fashion Show Sephora team!!! Upon entering the store I was greeted no less than 3 times. All the reps were personable, friendly, and continuously checked in with me, while I was shopping. Earl seems like an awesome manager. He was insightful, professional, and empathetic when I told him about a negative experience I had at the Summerlin location 2 days prior. Additionally, he gave me the corporate phone number when I asked so I could escalate the issue I had at the other store location. I know most reading this are like,"well-duh! He gave you what you asked for..." True, however in my experience finding the right person to address customer experiences/impressions is rarely done in a way that the customer feels their concerns are adequately communicated to the right party or member of management to effectuate change or start meaningful dialogue to resolve the issue.
Ali was also very helpful during my visit to this store, she provided great alternatives for several products that I was looking for that were both out of stock in-store and online. Read moreThe kindness and welcome I received at the store from every single employee was amazing. Most of all it was their patience because I had a puppy in training and I still wanted to shop around while training a puppy. Seriously all these girls were so loving, helpful, and attentive and helped calm my puppy while helping me make my selections. These girls seriously deserve a raise for being so professional and being able to multi-task with other clients so efficiently. Although I couldn't get everyone's name, Emily and Alexis helped me out so much. I came out of the store feeling very thankful that I was able to get what I was looking for without difficulty, especially with a puppy who was in training and a high volume of people. They also made checkout so easy by using mobile checkout so I didn't have to get in line with a hyper puppy. I cannot say enough good things about this store and its amazing employees. The entire staff represents this store so professionally and amazingly that I hope to see these girls the next time I go back. This store in particular has always given me the best service, recommendations on products, and attention....
Read moreI am so disappointed in the service that we received on this past Saturday May 24. It was my daughter’s birthday and we were in town and had 2 full face appts. We were a few minutes late and daughter called the store the entire time with our ETA. The 2 ladies that we had scheduled would only accommodate us for a 30 min service. They had no empathy or understanding at all that it was my daughter’s birthday and we were not locals, didn’t care when I asked for management. Well we walked around the mall for some time and we did not see anyone in chairs getting full face done. I don’t think there were other appts behind ours and we could have been accommodated fully , they simply didn’t want to. Well thankfully Sephora in Caesar Palace did not handle us like this at all. I booked 2 appts at the VERY LAST MINUTE and the ladies over there took care of us exceptionally, we looked fabulous. They had a cancellation and even moved my appt up…bc people do cancel at the last minute. Your store need to take care of customers that do show up no matter...
