Karma and Luck- Shoppes at Mandalay Place — Local services in Paradise

Wonderful experience here and excellent customer service (even during stressful covid times)! Allowed us to stay after closing and didn't make us feel at all rushed. In fact, she continued to help us as we needed, without making us feel watched or pushed. I didn't even know they were technically closed until the end! The woman there helped us learn new things and even looked at my jewelry I bought on Amazon to let me know if it was authentic or not, and what each of the stones were called. (They are real and she didn't try to lie to make it seem like only authentic stones come from her store. Very appreciated). She had a warm and welcoming vibe which, honestly, inadvertently encouraged me to want to buy more. Her love and passion for her work and their products shines through, without any sort of salesmen-type vibe. The jewelry there is all so amazing. I got a ring and my husband got a bracelet. Each of these pieces "spoke" to us and just felt right. I recommend going through the store and feeling which ones call your name as you walk through. We also bought a small, amethyst Lifetree, which she packaged beautifully (for a safe trip on the plane ride home) in an informative cylindrical box that has a Feng Shui map on it so you can place it in the area of your home where you'd like the energy to be focused on, such as health or new beginnings. Best purchase made. Our jewelry and the tree are, by far, the best part of Vegas that we brought home with us. Visiting that store was one of my top 3 Vegas experiences, which I never could have predicted at the start of the trip.

If you haven't gone to Karma & Luck at Mandalay, I highly recommend a visit. Even if you don't purchase something, just walk around the very large Amethyst Lifetree in the back of the store and feel its peaceful, warm, loving, and happy vibes. You'll be glad you did, and very happy with any purchase you might decide to make!

If I could I'd give it 10 out of 5 Stars because it is one of my favorite stores now and deserves...

LOVE THIS STORE!!

Took a trip to Las Vegas, My husband and I. As usual we went walking to browse through different shops. Found Karma and Luck at the Mandalay Shoppes in Las Vegas.

My husband, Jesus, and I fell in love with the products and the jewelry they sell. Different birthstones, the Chakras, Zodiac, all different symbols, etc. Lets just say that we definitely spent both time and money in this store.

The staff, especially Claudia, was AMAZING!!! Thank you Claudia for all of your help and explanations of the various jewelry and symbolic meanings and background. My husband and I enjoyed your company and knowledge and style very much. Not only once but we went back twice to this store for the jewelry. Definitely will be returning when we make our next trip to Las Vegas.

Overpriced jewelry and accessories with extremely pushy sales people. I am a buddhist so I stopped in to see what they had. The tree sculptures were beautiful and many of the jewelry was too but the instant turn off were the pushy sales people who kept popping up beside us. I wear very expensive jewelry, but not when I travel. I was wearing shorts and sandals and a fanny pack so I personally feel that I was being profiled. We were talked to no less than SIX times while exploring the store and studying the jewelry. When the sales people weren’t near us; they were watching us. At one point I was admiring a cuff in the men’s section, they encourage you repeatedly to try things on, so I did. The sales person immediately came over to tell me the women’s stuff was on the other side, and gestured like she wanted us over there. We decided not to buy anything and leave.
