Buyer Beware!! This is a long post, but please read to the end. We are extremely upset by the tactics used by Cross Connection in Las Vegas, NV. This store is not upfront about their no return/no refund policy. They do not tell you about the policy and there is no sign anywhere inside or outside the store about their policy. The only place is very small at the bottom of the credit card receipt . . . hardly even readable. We stopped by their store and was helped by Dena. She was very nice and "supposedly" gave us a great deal if we would write a review of her. However, she was not truthful. We wanted to wait and think about our purchase, but she asked us to please buy now because she would be leaving shortly and then we could think about. So we did. We did think about it and went back about 20 minutes later and that is when she told us about the no return policy!!!! We immediately called customer support, they did return our call and got more info promising to call back in 2-3 days. We never got a call back. Our product was to be shipped and since we still had not heard from Customer Support, we refused the package. In the meantime, they charged us for the product we did not have. We disputed the charge with our CC company; however, they said they had to uphold the no return/no refund policy by law! However, WE HAVE NO PRODUCT, YET WE HAD TO PAY $650 TO CROSS CONNECTION FOR NOTHING!!!!! Do not let this happen to you!! Please know that even though they will NOT TELL YOU and DO NOT HAVE ANY SIGNS about their policy, it is there!! We have since called Customer Service and they promised they would call us in 2-3 days! We have NOT yet received a call back from them!
Update in response the Cross Connection response: Received your response to just call Customer Service and they will be happy to help us. However, when they don't answer and make you leave a message and then do not call back, how can they even attempt to help us?? We have tried Customer Service several times and NO response from them!! We still get the feeling that you have no intention of trying to make anything right!!! How can you possibly keep $650 when your customer does not have any product??!! We found ourselves @ This Amazing 1 of a kind Store There’s FANTASTIC deals and prices, AWESOME Gadgets, Massage Chairs, Home Theater, Travel and Toys for the little ones A little of Everything, But BEST of all.. The SERVICE, that we received was most Definitely Out of this World. The Customer Service Me and My Wife received was beyond EXCELLENT We were helped by, Nay she was very Sweet she Informed us on all the products! She was thorough and detailed with everything she even demonstrated the products,. She gave us Deals you cannot Deny, also included items @ no additional cost just for us. She was interested in us genuinely, which we loved She Listened She was very Patient with us, The List goes on Nay was Truly that great she also allowed us to get Massages after our long day. Nay made us want to purchase the whole store ha.
