Here is a letter I shared tried to share with Flanker but the "feedback" email is blocked...........
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the poor level of service my party and I experienced during our visit to your Big Game Watch Party. As a longtime patron of Las Vegas for the Super Bowl, the experience we had at Flanker was entirely unexpected and fell short of the standards we have come to expect from our typical destination which is the watch party held at the Westgate.
Unfortunately, several factors contributed to our dissatisfaction. Firstly, upon arrival, we encountered an unreasonably long wait time as well as an extremely disorganized entry method to be seated at a table, despite having made a reservation well in advance. This delay significantly impacted our overall dining experience and caused undue inconvenience to our group.
Furthermore, once seated, the service from the waitstaff was noticeably inattentive and slow. It took an extended period for our orders to be taken, and the delivery of our meals was similarly delayed. Additionally, the lack of communication or explanation regarding the delays only exacerbated the frustration we felt throughout the evening. I also believe our waitress walked out about 45 minutes into the game.
About halftime, our new waitress arrived and apologized, but because she was servicing two areas she did the very best she could. The only food we received was things she would just grab from the back and give to us.
As someone who has valued the experience of "Watch Parties" in the past, I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the service and overall customer experience in the future. I believe in your restaurant's potential to provide exceptional service, and I sincerely hope that this incident does not reflect the standard to which you aspire.
Please know that my intention in sharing this feedback is to support the improvement and success of your establishment. I hope that you will consider our experience as an opportunity to reevaluate your service practices and reinvigorate the exceptional reputation for which your restaurant is known.
I look forward to a positive and constructive resolution to this matter and hope to have the opportunity to revisit in the future for an improved experience.
Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address...

Read moreGreat food and drinks, plenty of TVs to watch sports, attentive staff, and a lively atmosphere—what else is there?
We reserved an area for ten people (plus a baby with a stroller) for a Sunday afternoon of sports, grub, and drinks. Our table and booth were in a great location with views of many of the TVs and the massive screen the size of a wall. I also saw a couple of private room options and a good-sized bar area.
We had a few servers providing excellent service during our visit. With our large party and reservation, a deposit went towards the final minimum cost that we needed to reach with the food and drink orders. Our total was just shy of that minimum since we were all stuffed, but we pushed on and ordered a few last drinks. Our space was perfect and didn't feel crowded—a very relaxing experience. It was worth it.
On to the food. The menu was Brunch and Lunch items. There were some hit-and-misses for us. Many items were ordered, but a few I tried are below.
The Hits: Crispy Wings - crispy, flavorful and juicy. Salt N Lemon Pepper was great, and Buffalo was good but salty Double Wagyu Smash Burger - good flavor overall, juicy patties Lox & Cream Cheese Flatbread - thick slices with balanced ingredients Spinach Crab Dip - crabby and a great shareable Shrimp Cocktail - refreshing appetizer Avocado Toast
The Misses: Caviar Lobster Rolls - very salty! After one bite, I grabbed my water to hydrate. A few of the food items were overly salty.
Drinks: A few of us had the Bloody Marys, which was average but an enjoyable first drink. I also had the Money Mike Mojito, which was very sweet and tart. You might like this one if you like drinks on the sweeter side. Overall, the drink menu has something for everyone, including plenty of beers, house cocktails, wine, and standard non-alcoholic options. We were able to get our last drinks to-go in plastic cups.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience. I would be happy to return, especially when...
