Tucked away within the vibrant energy of W Las Vegas, BATHHOUSE Spa offers a bold reimagining of the traditional bathhouse, seamlessly combining modern design with time-honored rejuvenation rituals. As you pass through its unmarked entrance, you are enveloped in an atmosphere of serene opulence. The walls, adorned with smooth obsidian onyx, reflect the soft glow of hundreds of strategically placed candles along the floor. Their gentle light creates a captivating scene that evokes feelings of spiritual transformation and renewal, making you feel like an exclusive guest in a private sanctuary. At BATHHOUSE Spa, the experience is designed to awaken your senses and promote holistic well-being. The journey begins in the therapeutic plunge pools, each basin expertly carved from lustrous, polished stone and maintained at meticulously calibrated temperatures. The revitalizing waters stimulate circulation, preparing you for the next sensory delight. The ethereal steam room, infused with rich herbal essences, or the three exquisitely designed saunas, each offering a progressive increase in both heat and humidity, await your arrival. The transitions between these elements create a fluid experience, making you feel as though your body has transformed into water, ebbing and flowing in a harmonious rhythm. BATHHOUSE Spa is not just a solitary retreat; it's a community. Its unique co-ed layout fosters a sense of connection and camaraderie. Plush lounge areas invite quiet conversations, enhanced by refreshing mists that gently caress your skin. Sleek communal benches create a welcoming atmosphere that pulsates with both exclusivity and lively camaraderie. For those seeking private indulgence, the spa's luxurious private tubs offer an intimate sanctuary, promising undisturbed tranquility. By artfully harmonizing social interaction with solitary reflection and traditional elements with forward-thinking innovations, BATHHOUSE Spa at W Las Vegas offers an exquisitely curated journey through wellness. It is a destination where modern sophistication seamlessly coexists with elemental rituals—a haven that beckons you not just to relax but to experience a profound rebirth of the spirit and body, leaving you feeling revitalized and ready to take on the world.

The least handicap accessible facility I've encountered (apparently only on the men's side). To get to the "social area" where the women's locker room let's out (common area with hot tub etc) there is no choice but to go up one and down another full flight of stairs. The private tub to soak in that I paid for had no rails for disabled people to utilize. I couldn't get in or out of the tub, so I just sat there for 25 minutes. Disabled people tend to like spas to ease out chronic pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was looking forward to relaxing and trying to ease my pain. The place also had really loud string orchestra music playing popular songs. It was hard to relax to that. It's very spendy considering the difficulty I encountered and for not being able to enjoy the services I paid for. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were all very friendly and nice. If you're able-bodied, you might enjoy it, but if not, I'd go someplace else or just wait till you get home for a massage. Also, I asked for a deep tissue massage when I made the appointment and received Swedish.

Bathhouse Spa at Delano is a great relaxation from the craziness of the strip. When you call to book request the concierge to specifically connect you to this one because they usually try to get you into the other Spa at Mandalay Bay. The Bathhouse Spa is very modern and smaller but has all the amenities. My husband is a regular here and gets a massage done every time he visits Vegas. It was my first time at this Spa. My daughter and I got our nails done this time. The nail technicians were very professional, friendly and did an awesome job. Ask for Janet or Marie when you call in to do your nails and you wouldn’t regret it.

First, my massage was a 50 minute and I've never felt that in heaven after a 50 minute massage. He was so so so amazing that I could hardly get off the table and walk after. Normally that happens rarely and with a 90 minute massage. I thought this guy must be a dancer or something because he was so fluid and strong. I think it was Justin but now I can't remember since it has been a few hours. I will specifically ask for him next time.

My husband had a woman therapist and his experience was just ok. He said she didn't seem into it and didn't use much pressure. It's like the opposite of my experience.

Check in was ok. They said someone would be there to show me around. No one showed for at least 15 mins. Then she told me my massage was in 5 minutes so I hurried and showered because I was in the gym before going the spa. Turns out she got me confused with another woman and I had 25 mins. Ugh.

The shower is confusing. It's either raining raining down on your head or a handheld to the side. I could never completely turn off the overhead one.

I didn't see headphones at the gym which is pretty normal. Luckily I had some.

Then I think the snacks are just ok. Pretzels, bananas and apples. Drinks. I've been to lower end spas that were better.

Love the clothing optional jucuzzis. A larger warm pool, a warm and a cool one. Wish the heat was higher but gorgeous and so relaxing. Tons of magazines and loungers to use.

Didn't love the tv in the main area. Can't bring your phone in but idI prefer people in their phones on silent to the tv.

They only had one big bottle of lotion and it was all the way at the end of the counters and easy to mix up with the mouthwash. Apparently someone walked off with the other bottle (I asked and they confirmed). I'd just keep smaller ones at every sink and not make us hunt for one of two bottles. They have hairspray, gel, toothbrushes with toothpaste, razors and hair dryers.

You could say I'm picky but I'm pointing it out because the Delano is so high end that iIwas surprised it wasn't as good of an experience that I've had elsewhere in the strip. It could be better. However, my massage couldn't be any better (they add 20% gratuity on which I'd give more to my therapist and 15% to my husband's if I had a choice).

With that, I'm going back now for some more relaxation time that...

My wife and I received a couples massage and we both loved our massages! The front desk check in was very courteous and professional, but when they handed us off to the person who was supposed to give us a tour the customer service was lacking. She was very rushed. She took my wife into the ladies locker room and said she would meet me on the other side to give me a tour. The facilities are very nice. I was hanging out for like ten minutes until I started getting worried. I went back to where we entered the locker rooms, but she wasn't there. I walked around looking for my wife and couldn't find her, so I went back and figured I'd wait. Another ten minutes went by and I'm starting to get concerned. I talked to someone else and they said there are two completely different sides of the facilities which was never explained to us. I went on another walkabout to find my wife and I ran into the woman who was supposed to give me a tour. I told her about my frustrations and how I'd been looking for my wife and she said, "no worries". She then proceeded to quickly take me on a tour that was as frazzled as she was. I rated four stars because the facilities are great and the massages were wonderful, but there customer service experience was incredibly frustrating and anything but relaxing. Some simple communication in advance would've alleviated...
