Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Paradise

My friend and I stop to look at the bracelets and charms at the Mandala Bay shop this afternoon at 3:48. There were 2 other customers in the store. As we enter the sales clerk said my I help you? I responded we are just looking as she took the tray from atop of the counter and put it back in the case and locked the case. As soon as we entered the store which she gave the impression that we were coming in to steal. It’s was fine when the other couple was in the store the merchandise was setting out. I really don’t want to think it was racism because we were 2 black African American ladies. It’s was really not a good impression to us. My friend told her it was not a good look as soon as we walk in the store she would ease the merchandise back in the case and lock the case. The sales clerk action and the look on her faces told a story. What the hell they want in here. I truly understand she was the only sales clerk. As we pass back by the store in leaving there were 3 to 4 different sales clerk on the floor. A sales person should never show facial and action to a person...

If I could rate this store any lower I would, the assistant manager Melody forced my fiancé to cancel my pickup order and pay for it all AGAIN so that she would get the commission from the order. Please do not shop here unless you want to be ripped off $300.00. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a pandora store and it makes me never want to shop here again. Get better managers!! Edit: Don’t bother calling customer service either because they will not get back to you about any kind of resolution. They have managers charging customers twice on orders so that they can get commission off of orders and they do...

Was there last night at 10:30PM with my girlfriend to look at jewelry and the three ladies glared at us upon our arrival. The tallest woman with the curtain bangs, as she was showing us rings, yelled over our heads to her colleagues, "what time is it?" I presume trying to indicate to us that it was near closing time.

When my GF asked to view rings, she set the tray of rings on the glass counter and tapped her fingers while we looked. Our questions about specific rings were shut down, she wasn't in the mood to discuss jewelry.

Worst experience...
