Update: it’s been months and I finally thought I was going to receive the painting as a gesture of good will and I was wrong… they sent me a shirt of a painting but not even the painting that I originally ordered and not in my size… I don’t even know what to say… one word comes to mind, incompetence!!! I wish I could give 0 stars…

I bought this for myself on my 40th birthday. When I first went to track it I couldn’t. Then I got them to change the email and it said fulfilled, when I hadn’t received anything. I contacted them again and was told it wasn’t just me it happened to a few people that day. Okay, things happen. Then I reached out again because I wanted a tracking number. I was never given one. I was given the run around several times and I finally asked for a refund. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because I was being ignored. You can clearly see the times and stamps she accidentally sent a text meant for Spencer to me about how to replied appropriately when days had passed with no response. And to top it off they lied about sending the print as a gesture of good will. They never shipped it. Horrible experience. Don’t buy anything unless walking...
