I LOVE Anthro and am a regular customer, I shop here weekly for clothes, candles, etc!!!But I’m giving a 2 star rating to this location due to the AWFUL Customer Experience. The staff in the district in Henderson and Summerlin are SOO much more pleasant and kind. I brought a return yesterday (2/3) and had processed the return online, so I had the bar code for the cashier to scan (instead of mailing it back). The lady named Yasanya was so rude, I’ve never been treated like this before in any store. She started asking what specific date I processed this return and was taking forever looking into her system—I told her I don’t understand what the issue is—the return is processed (within store policies), and I could’ve mailed it in for my refund but I’m just bringing it in store. I also had several other items I was purchasing at the time.The item was in brand new condition with all tags and all, I have no idea why she was interrogating me —I think she maybe was being rude to me because I’m Muslim. It is really sad that I can honestly say I will never shop in the fashion show location bc of the extremely poor service and rudeness of this employee. But I will stay committed to Anthro! But hope they will find ppl to live the mission. She can look up my last name and see how much me and all MY COUSINS and SISTERS spend at Anthro every year before giving me an interrogation for a single item return. I hope she can get some training on customer service please...
Read moreI reviewed how much I love this store over a year ago but I had to update given my recent return and shopping experience. I had purchased a tweed jacket several months ago and even though the return policy has since changed, the associates were nice enough to take the return. Not only could we not find this product for a good amount of time but we searched through my profile and just had no luck finding me purchasing it. Asia and Thelia worked relentlessly to help me knowing I hadnt worn the piece and was hoping to just get a reasonable amount of money back. The best they could originally offer me was about $48. After sacrificing much their own time which they didnt have to do, we found everything I needed and I was issued my original purchase price. Not only did their help get me money back, but it helped the store profit because i bought several items that ill actually wear, costing far more than the return amount.
The customer service was exemplary and a prime example of why stores like this will continue to succeed. These associates could have easily turned me away the second they had a line or made me feel like there was nothing we could do. Instead, they made it their mission to help me and there are no words to express gratitude for that. I am truly so impressed and will continue to be a huge anthropolgie fan! Thanks a lot...
Read moreI recently visited this location while on vacation with my husband and some friends. I was having a bummer day. I came here and picked out a few different items to try on. An employee (I can’t believe I didn’t ask for his name!!) started a room for me as I chose things out. He then told me he had picked something else out for me and he put it in my dressing room to try on if I wanted. It was the cutest green dress and it felt like it was made for me. I felt so special and seen that he took the extra effort to choose something out for me and the only thing I bought that day was that dress. We all talked about how much we loved him and what a good employee he was for the rest...
