The store has a lot of beautiful crystals but the people working there aren’t knowledgeable or friendly. I visited this shop with my daughter last week for the first time and the girl working there didn’t know much about the crystals they carried. When asked about specific necklaces, she stated she didn’t know and had to reach out to her boss, which she didn’t attempt to do. Also, as we were purchasing some items, during the transaction her co-worker and her were whispering comments and laughing which made us feel super uncomfortable. Especially since we are minorities and they were Caucasian. This is definitely not the energy I want to feel especially at a crystal shop where it should be a place of peace and acceptance. Also, two out of the 3 necklaces we purchased came apart in a few days. They were beautiful crystals necklaces but doesn’t seem like it was made with good quality.
