I was looking to purchase a T-Brico tank top online however it was sold out online (my fault for not buying it the moment it was available) however I saw this location had it in stock and I was willing to go there even though I lived in queens. I decided to call to see if they had the item and if they did, if it was possible to put it on hold. The worker there named Yisel was so helpful and explained she can send me a payment link and have my item shipped to my address or Diesel Soho location. Even when I had payment issues she helped me over the phone. Yisel was super cool and kept me updated about my item. And I just picked it up and I'm very happy....

I purchased a belt online which I tried to re-turn at the store. The cashier there was so rude, like she checked/looked at the item up and down for about a good 5 minutes and then call the other cashier to come and look at the item after I showed them a paper receipt and email.
